“When will you reopen?”

Since February, 2.2 Million women have left the U.S. workforce as a result of Covid and I refuse to be one of them. I take solace knowing I am one of the lucky ones as I have a loving husband and family who will continue to support my business endeavors. Owning a business while being able to embrace a healthier well-being unleashed a confidence I had no idea existed. This would be difficult to abandon. 💪🏼

So when people ask ....“What’s your next step? When will you reopen?” The answer is ...I don’t know yet.

BUT, what I do know ~ I need each of you as much as our community needs @Plate28co.... I know the entire #tribe will be thrilled to return to a beautiful, friendly space with classes that do not involve a basement, a garage or a screen where instructors are yelling at you to get inspired!

For now, let’s embrace the unknown.
Stay committed to moving each day and this will be behind us soon!

Several weeks ago I walked into @innerjasmine to take my first class with Katya as I knew I needed to make space for some #zen in my life. She and I were wearing the exact same pink #lululemon leggings and black tank. I digested this as a sign, an omen from the universe telling me I was in the right place. Katya has being a bright light of calm for me over these past few weeks. I can already feel a sense of growth happening and it feels damn good!
Now here she is - in my studio giving herself the #goodvibrations to restore her pre-Covid energy levels, while also addressing some circulation challenges as she prepares for a Marathon.

I’m very happy our paths have crossed. Thank you for everything @innerjasmine You are a true professional, a passionate teacher and a complete bada** in every sense of the word.

It occurred to me during my workout today...tomorrow will be the first day in 3.5 years that I will not be waking up thinking about #allthings @plate28co. Feels weird, a little sad and a little liberating all at the same time. I’m committed to making zero plans, minimal commitments and to only focus on what inspires me, MYSELF and I. #semi-retired by @plate28co
