And we’re opting for fluffy sweet potatoes, topped with smoky beef made with @doctor_wills Chipotle Ranch Dressing, creamy yoghurt and punchy pickled red onions.⁠

• Prick, season & bake your sweet potatoes⁠
• Brown the beef with smoked paprika, oregano & cumin⁠
• Add passata & Dr. Will’s Chipotle Ranch Dressing, then simmer⁠
• Split open your sweet potatoes & pile in the chipotle beef⁠
• Finish with yoghurt, pickled red onions & fresh coriander⁠

We’ve taken our Naked Smoked Back Bacon, blitzed it into the ultimate smoky, crispy crumb and scattered it all over pillowy gnocchi coated in a creamy chilli jam and leek sauce (sorry, wiping away the drool 🤤).
