Wait until you see what we did with the bacon… 👀🥓

We’ve taken our Naked Smoked Back Bacon, blitzed it into the ultimate smoky, crispy crumb and scattered it all over pillowy gnocchi coated in a creamy chilli jam and leek sauce (sorry, wiping away the drool 🤤).

When I was younger i used to love making a massive Yorkshire and filling it - and what better way to finish it than to have a roast/sausage and mash combo with the epic signature Surrey Sausages from @PorkyWhites.

Making a Yorkshire can be one of those daunting tasks where they are the piste de residence on a meal. But fear not, people volume-based cooking will save you here; just fill up a glass or mug with flour, milk and eggs, whisk together, then let it sit in the fridge. Next up the cooking: 200 °C for around 10-15 mins, then lower the temp to 180 °C and let that sit there for 10-15 mins.

Perfect Yorkshire every time!

I love a quickie… just chuck it in, give it a mix and off you off you go. So this chipotle sausage broth little number is perfect.

Pinch off some sausage nuggets into a spicy creamy sauce with some non circular carrots and you are onto a winner!

I am going to give you a Thai word that won’t make much sense “Sai Oua”.

Have a Google of this sausage, and this is where I was influenced to make these epic kebaby things with @PorkyWhites Surrey sausages!

It couldn’t be more simple than whacking a load of delicious flavours into a blender with some sausages, shaping them and pairing them with a crunchy salad!

The 3:3:1:1 ratio for the asian dressing is such an epic one to remember; it will give you so many options and flavour combos down the line!
