Describe my 6 cheese salmon ziti in one word. I’ll go first: satisfaction. 🤌🏽

Salmon:
season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Trader Joe’s chili lime + garlic. Top with hot honey + butter. Air fry at 400 for 8 mins until it flakes.

Ziti:
warm up Rao’s four cheese sauce, stir in fresh mozzarella + parmesan (that’s 6 cheeses), oregano, garlic, salt, pepper. Splash of pasta water, add ziti + diced stewed tomatoes. Toss, plate, top with salmon.

Save this for a quick and dinner this week. Prep time: 20 mins total.

Not all La La Land locations are created equal. The Beverly Hills Reserve is in a category of its own and I came here with a purpose. As someone who takes food and drink quality seriously this was the only place that made sense for my first pour review on @platesxpours

Ceremonial grade matcha with ‘The Most Perfect Simple Matcha Latte’ that lived up to every single word of its name. A Vanilla Bean Latte that held its own. And crème brûlée overnight oats I am still thinking about.
Then there is the chrome matcha set and exclusive items you can only purchase at this location. I got the last of all three. Like everything else on this trip I was right on time. It was just for me.

I left buying $8 cups of Boba Tea in 2021. 🧋🙃 My favorite thing to get at my local shop is a classic Thai Milk Tea w/ Brown Sugar Boba. This drink is so refreshingly delicious and super easy to make. I picked up the ingredients for a little over exact amount I’d spend on one cup and they will last me for months.

All you need is the following :
Ice
Black Tapioca Pearls
Brown Sugar
Your Choice of Milk (I did a oat and condensed milk blend for sweetness.)
Thai Loose Leaf Tea

I didn’t use any exact measurements just vibes. You make this type of drink according to your taste palate. If you try it, let me know what you think!
