Todavía no sabemos exactamente cómo van a quedar los nuevos estándares, y rumor ≠ información oficial. 👀

Pero si la corrida termina siendo más difícil de pasar o maxear, esperar hasta que publiquen los estándares para empezar a correr no me parece la mejor estrategia. 😂

Mi recomendación: empieza a trabajar tu capacidad aeróbica desde AHORA. 🫀🏃🏽‍♀️

Zone 2 dos veces por semana es un buen punto de partida, y sigue levantando pesas. No tienes que abandonar uno para mejorar el otro. 💪🏽

Cuando salga la información oficial, ajustamos. 🫡

Well… the iPhone has officially arrived. 💀📱
