We went directly to the source! The County of Marin listened as young people shared their ideas on how funding from the Participatory Budgeting Grant should be spent.

Youth voices matter. When we give young people a seat at the table and an opportunity to help shape funding decisions, we invest in their ideas, empower their leadership, and build a stronger community for everyone.

We got healthier together. We got better together. 🙌

What an amazing Saturday at Hot Yoga Republic! Our signature 30 minute cardio strength training workout followed by one hour of hot yoga. A morning to sweat, connect, and feel good about ourselves while raising money for Play Marin, right here in our community.

Grateful for everyone who came out to get fit together and for Upside Coffee serving up drinks afterward. We enjoyed every minute. Great job, everybody!

Keep that connection going this week. Send a friend a text and pick a time for a walk or workout. Make time for your health and each other.

See you at the next one. Let’s go! 📸 @frankthom.photo

What a great Saturday! What a great event bringing our communities together with @HotYogaRepublic @play.marin @upside_mv Coffee.

We started at 7:30 a.m. with 30 minutes of Cardio Strength Training, took a quick intermission, then headed into a 9 a.m. hot yoga class that got us feeling our absolute best.

Such a great day! Such an impactful day. Grateful for everyone who came out and made it what it was.

We got healthier together. We got better together.

We’ll see you at the next event. Let’s go!

A stronger body. A stronger community. This is what we’re building. We stopped by Hot Yoga Republic to check out the space for our collaboration, and we’re ready to bring the energy!

This Saturday’s event is officially SOLD OUT.

Our goal is simple: help you build a stronger, more capable body you can rely on. Strength for everyday life. Confidence in how you move. A routine you look forward to because you feel supported and seen.

Bringing our communities together is a big part of that. Show up, challenge yourself, meet someone new, and let’s get stronger together.

Already registered? We can’t wait to see you September 26 at Hot Yoga Republic. There will be no class at our Tam Junction studio this Saturday.

Missed this one? Follow along for the next community event, or send us a message to start training with us in Mill Valley.

Share this with someone you want beside you at the next workout.

Today counts. You count. Let’s go!
