2 in 3 young people said that they had experienced stigma and discrimination at some point when reaching out for or receiving support for their mental health (Mind) 💭

Everyone has mental health and there are many pressures on young footballers and different factors and experiences that can affect a young footballers’ mental health that should be taken seriously 💙

There is no shame in reaching out for help and no matter how big or small the challenges feel.
