Something exciting is coming to Atlanta, Georgia! 🔗Link in bio 🔗

This October 15-18, we’re bringing the new @merrithew NX3 Max to @nobuatlanta as part of the Nobu Pilates Urban Retreat - giving guests one of the first opportunities to experience our newest and very first wooden Reformer.

Led by Nobu Pilates founder @pilatesbymarsha . The four-day retreat will bring together mindful movement, wellness and the signature Nobu experience, with daily sessions on the NX3 Max.

It’s been incredible to see our partnership with Nobu Pilates continue to evolve, and I’m excited to see the NX3 Max become part of this next chapter in Atlanta.

If you’re in Atlanta and would like to be among the first to experience the NX3 Max, feel free to connect and join me and @stevepilates at our VIP night October 18. 🔗Link in bio 🔗 taken in Nobu Atlanta by @playlovepilates

My youngest child graduated from junior high. 🎓

It feels like just yesterday she was graduating from preschool, and now she’s standing on the edge of high school. Watching her grow into such a creative, thoughtful, and independent young woman has been one of the greatest joys.

I’m so proud of the person she is becoming and excited to see where this next chapter takes her.

Congratulations, Ellie. I love you more than words can say. ❤️ taken in Auburn, California by @playlovepilates

Baby dog has been with me one whole year. I got her off a facebook pet rehome group one year ago. I couldn’t be happier with my little dog. She’s the absolute best! 💕 taken in Encinitas, California by @playlovepilates

Pilates Big Bear — Founding Investor Deck

This week I started presenting the first investor deck for a concept I’ve been developing through Pilates.LLC and Divi Lux.

The idea is simple:

Build beautiful boutique wellness studios that the community can help own from the beginning.

Our first concept location is Pilates Big Bear, a reformer-based studio designed around a membership model with strong recurring revenue.

We’re currently assembling the founding investor group as we prepare for equipment purchase and studio launch.

If you’d like to review the deck or learn more about the ownership model:

Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes 🥳 I had a really wonderful day!

Another circle around the sun, I couldn’t be more grateful for my life. Sometimes I get caught up in the day to day. And sometimes it’s easier to see the big picture.

I’m extremely grateful for that which I get to experience and share with others! 💕 by @playlovepilates

It’s almost difficult to post this. My youngest is 14! She’s such an amazing being, I’ve called her my angel for a long time. Her presence in my life is the most unbelievable blessing. 👼💕 #14yearsold #happybirthday #daughter by @playlovepilates
