✨An Invitation to Sound & Stillness✨

Join us for a special evening combining the healing vibrations of Sound Healing with the enchanting sounds of the Handpan with Yoni Marcos & Naty.
@naty.monto @yonimarcos

Thursday Nov 12 | 7:00pm
@padmablooms

Allow the resonance of singing bowls, gentle instruments, and handpan melodies to guide you into a state of deep relaxation, presence, and inner connection.

The nervous system responds directly to vibration. Sound frequencies gently interact with the body, helping shift it from a state of fight-or-flight into rest, restoration, and repair.

This is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, release tension and quiet the mind through the power of sound.

Come to rest. Come to listen. Come to be held by vibration.

Space is limited. Reserve your spot and join us for an evening of sound, stillness, and soulful connection.

Our first Handpan Workshop at Padma Blooms was a beautiful morning of music, discovery, and deep relaxation. ✨

Led by Jonathan Marcoschamer, also known as Yoni Marcos, (the founder of Miami Handpan Academy) this immersive experience invited participants to explore the fundamentals of the handpan in a welcoming, hands-on environment. @playthehandpan @yonimarcos

From learning a composition and experimenting with improvisation to exploring different scales and the unique tones of several high-quality handpans, everyone had the opportunity to connect with this mesmerizing instrument with no prior musical experience required.

We then transitioned into a peaceful and profound handpan sound meditation, allowing the soothing vibrations and melody to fill the room. It was a beautiful reminder that music can be both a creative expression and a pathway to mindfulness.

Thank you to everyone who participated! Next class will be on
Saturday October 25 at 10:0am.

I came into the forest for a few days with one intention:

To finish a song.

There’s something special about creating out here. Less noise. Fewer distractions. More space to experiment.

I brought a small recording setup and two handpans, both centered around the F minor scale.

At the heart of the project is this beautiful handpan, called the F Astronaut, made by @yishama_official

I’ve been exploring the possibilities this instrument has to offer — chords, voicings, rhythms, and melodies.

Some moments are practice.
Some are composition.
Others are just exploration.

But slowly, all these little discoveries start becoming something.

A few days in the forest.
A couple of handpans.
One key.
And one finished song.

F Minor in the Forest.

Special thanks to @luisa_yen for production assistance 📷 by @playthehandpan

There are handpans that inspire you to play… and then there are handpans that seem to guide the music for you.

The F3 Integral 15 by @yishama_official is one of those rare instruments. With 15 beautifully balanced notes, this stainless steel handpan offers an expansive melodic range while remaining incredibly intuitive. Every note feels connected, making it easy to create flowing melodies, rich harmonies, and moments of pure improvisation.

Yishama describes the Integral scale as visionary, warm, and filled with trust and appreciation—an instrument that gently reminds us that everything is moving in the right direction.

Whether you’re composing, meditating, or simply getting lost in the sound, the F3 Integral 15 has a unique ability to quiet the mind and open the heart.

This has become one of my favorite scales to play, and every session seems to reveal something new.

Feeling grateful for @plantthefuture for opening your doors and giving me such a beautiful home for my handpan workshops. Thank you for supporting music, mindfulness, and community. So many meaningful moments have happened in this space, and I’m grateful to have shared them with all of you. 🙏💚🎶 by @playthehandpan

New Release coming soon. It’s called Liberation Dance. Played on @yishama_official (which BTW, I and @yogishelly represent in Miami). by @playthehandpan

There’s something special about a Sunday morning.

The world slows down. The noise fades. And for a moment, everything feels… softer.

This morning’s handpan workshop felt like stepping into that space together. No rush, no pressure—just breath, rhythm, and the gentle resonance of metal meeting touch.

Some came curious, some came seeking stillness, others just followed a feeling. But by the end, we were all in the same place—present, grounded, connected through sound.

The handpan has a way of doing that. It doesn’t demand, it invites.

Grateful for these quiet moments, shared with open hands and open minds.
