This isn’t just an event, it’s a MOVEMENT powered by a MOTHER/DAUGHTER DUO committed to tradition, culture, family, love & building generational wealth 🙏🏽💰

As summer officially comes to a close and our children settle into a FRESH new school year and season, we can’t help but reminisce on the LOVE, IMPACT & COMMUNITY that made this summer so meaningful. 🥹🍎📚✨

Our 5th Annual Back to School Giveaway / Field Day was truly a FAMILY affair! From setting up and serving food to facilitating games, distributing supplies, supporting our children and simply stepping in wherever needed—our FAMILY volunteers brought the ENERGY🤝🏽🎒🏀❤️

✨EP 8 THROWBACK: Queens Roundtable 👑🎙️

For those of you who are new here, allow me to reintroduce myself 🙌🏽🗣️🔊📚🎙️✍🏽🫀

By day, I serve as a Chronic Disease Management Health Coach & Palliative Care Navigator — but my heart has always been rooted in creation, storytelling, and impact. From writing and recording music, to self-publishing my children’s book Mama’s Baby & Poppa’s Baby Too, inspired by my family of five, every lane I walk is intentional.

This season, one word continues to shape me: GRACE✨

Through the opportunity to mentor young queens in the GRACE Cohort with Young Women of Excellence, I’ve witnessed transformation in real time. Together, we explored what it means to embody:
✨ Gratitude
✨ Respect
✨ Accountability
✨ Care
✨ Excellence

And while teaching, I was reminded that growth is reciprocal — the lessons poured back into me.
Spiritually, grace is a daily gift from God — unconditional, unwavering, and undeserved at times. Yet as humans, we often struggle to extend that same grace to one another… and to ourselves.

So this throwback is a reminder:
Give grace.
Receive grace.
Walk in grace.
Grow through grace.
Because healing, leadership, motherhood, creativity, and purpose all require it.
