Earlier this week Sarah said, “I wanna catch a Musky this weekend.” Incredible experience this morning with a feisty one on the figure 8. Put her on the trailer and left. 40mins total. Pulling away Sarah says, “I like this kind of fishing.” 🤣🤣Sometimes you just got it girl. Best day fishing I’ve had in forever and all I did was break a rod. by @pleeth

Spent the day putting the new P3 Levante series through its paces.

If you would have told this Ozarks kid years ago that testing Megabass rods would one day be part of the job, I probably would’ve laughed… and paid a little more attention in school.

What stands out isn’t just how these rods fish—it’s the intention behind every blank, every taper, every component, and every finish. The P3 Levante is the result of countless hours of refinement, built to create a rod that disappears in your hands and lets you focus on the moment.

I’m proud to be part of a team that obsesses over the details-knowing those details manifest someone’s fish of a lifetime.

The MN Walleye Opener is the one time of the year I actually try and catch em. Some traditions are better than others, this happens to be one of them. Wish it wasn’t snowing. taken in Lake Vermilion by @pleeth

Every year, between the never-ending winter and the impending spring, a grey zone appears—both visually and theoretically. It’s trout season for my wife and me. I’ve found this doldrum to be an enjoyable respite from the windows and walls, and an excuse to traipse through soggy cow pastures and organic fields of last season’s cabbage. Found an old warrior today. One of the most insanely built and powerful specimens I’ve come across up north. Caught it on the new @megabassamerica Karashi Spinner. Watched it eat! taken in Wisconsin by @pleeth
