I’ve never been more proud to be working for @simmsfishing than I was yesterday. Simms sent 2 pallets of clothing for the displaced victims of the #campfire that my family and I delivered to Chico yesterday. It was both a heartwarming and heart wrenching day as we were able to help those who had lost everything, and to hear first hand stories from families of their experiences coming down the hill as the fire engulfed the town of Paradise. After handing out new jackets, shirts, pants, and shoes for 3 hours @fishfirstflyshop in Chico. We brought the remaining gear to the Athletic Director at Paradise High School who is going to distribute the apparel to Paradise High Students. Chico is where I called home for 4 years and the place @natihsherman and I met and we will always be a part of the community! Butte County will recover! Thank You @bandlesslozano @epicktravel @captaindarrindeel @fishfirstflyshop @barbless.co and @hgbflyfishing for helping make sure the gear went to the fishing families that needed it the most! Happy Thanksgiving!

High above the #cadelta show just how bad the smoke is from the #campfire. It’s a harsh reminder that California’s most deadly fire is is still burning #notfog #worstairintheworld #smoke #fishing #simmsfishing #delta #bassfishing #stripersonthefly

Our 8th annual @simmsfishing #prodeltaday is in the books! Over 200 pros attended our event on the banks of the #cadelta. This event isn’t possible without the support of our loyal sponsors @simmsfishing @costasunglasses @hatchoutdoors @yeti and awesome raffle prizes from @traegergrills @beachbrews @corona @scientificanglers. The weather was once very nice although it was super smokey from the #campfire. Huge thanks to all of the presenters, volunteers, boaters, tiers, and brands that make this event possible! @pleeth putting the finishing touches on a nice #cadelta striper as Miller wonders why he hasn’t landed it already. @fishcalifornia #parkerpatterson #simmsfishing #hatchoutdoors #solitudeflies #prodeltaday #fishing #flyfishing #flyfishingphotography #yeti #costa #sageflyfish #catchandrelease
