October Spirit Day #2: Dress Like Your Water Bottle!

We had so much fun seeing everyone match their favorite water bottles and show off their creativity! 🤩 Thank you to everyone who participated and brought the spirit, can’t wait to see what everyone has planned for next week!

We had such a great experience volunteering with @lovedoes this weekend at a home that supports single moms and their babies! 💛

Through their Single Mom Programs, Love Does provides a safe and welcoming environment where mothers can feel supported, build independence, and work toward a brighter future for themselves and their little ones. We loved having the opportunity to give back and play a small part in supporting a community that makes such a meaningful difference in the lives of these families.

Thank you, Love Does, for allowing PLNU SOTA to be part of your mission. We are so grateful for the experience and the opportunity to spread a little love! 💐💕 @lovedoesinactionplnu @plnu_ot

First SOTA Meeting of Fall 2026! 💚💛

This is the first didactic semester for our Class of 2028 and the last didactic semester for the Class of 2027 🥹

At today’s meeting, we had a mentor/mentee “speed dating” event where everyone got the chance to learn a little more about each other, mingle, and enjoy some root beer floats! 🍨 We are so excited for our mentor/mentee program to officially start!

If you haven’t already, please fill out the form our VP, Blake, sent out today. We’ll work on getting everyone matched and send out the pairings ASAP!

A little glimpse back at Week 10! 🥰💤

We had our July SOTA meeting + Pajama Day for Spirit Week! 😴 We kicked things off with our Closet Clean Out, where we exchanged clothes with each other and donated the remaining items to a single moms’ home through the nonprofit Love Does. 👚👖🧦💛

We ended the meeting with a candy salad 🍭🍬 and shared the OT settings we’re each interested in!

Such a fun way to spend time together, give back, and learn a little more about each other. Can’t wait to see everyone again at our next SOTA meeting in the Fall Semester! 💚✨

Let’s celebrate how close we are to the end of the summer semester together by dressing up for spirit week! We would love for everyone to participate 🥹🥹

++ Our July SOTA meeting will be on Tuesday after class, We will be hosting a clothing swap! Bring any
clothing that you’re ready to part with and swap for something new to you. Any unclaimed items will be donated to a single mom’s home through a non-profit
organization called Love Does.

We’ll also be making a candy salad! Feel free to bring your favorite candy to add to the bowl, or simply enjoy the candy we’ll have provided. We hope to see you there!🍭🍬🍫 by @plnu_sota
