Can’t wait to see what’s next 🥰🥰🥰

🗯️ “We could not be more excited to welcome these ten extraordinary artists to the legacy of EWG. We are so moved by the talent, boldness and heart that this cohort collectively brings to The Public—we are a stronger and better theater with them in residence.” — The Public’s New Work Development’s team: Amrita Ramanan, Jack Phillips Moore, & Zoë Kim” by @plqs.theplay

My play POR LO QUE SOY (@plqs.theplay) has had a year of adventure and it keeps going! I’m so proud of myself. I’m sharing my story in a meaningful way. We must collectively heal. I believe our way to true alignment is through confronting our shadows and building awareness. We can honor our traumas because they are there and cannot be forgotten, but we don’t have to hold them close anymore. They can be released, contained, tucked away, wherever they need to go. There is no shame in allowing them to exist. But the cool part is through practicing mindfulness, we get to choose how to move forward on our own terms. I’ve felt the communal support this past year. Through the weight on my chest, the pain and lightness of love and play. I can’t wait to see how we continue to grow together. Thank you, friends❤️

I cried when I wrote the play. I cried when it got into LimeFest. I cried when I got that NPC semi-finalist email. I cried when….

I have a feeling I’ll never stop crying and that’s okay.

Thank you @lil.scallion.pancake for being my bestie ChiChi lethal director, creative partner, and monster in the kitchen best friend.

Thank you @carlosreyesdc, my brother, for believing in my absurd dreams to be a professional unstable person and support me at every performance

Thank you to our cast @anthonyruizactor, @lorenamatus_ , @galejandro , @leodelgadoacts who pumped the blood into this and @elizabethics for the lights and captions help!!

Thank you @jonathandelpalmer for making anything and everything related to my creativity a priority for you

So much love to all my friends who came near and far!

If you wanna support the journey, follow @plqs.theplay. I guarantee there will be more
