The HE❤️ART Painting Ritual: A blank canvas became a meeting place for presence, play, and connection.💫

With every colour, every movement, and every shared moment, we remembered that the deepest art is created not on the canvas, but between us.✨

With gratitude to @heitschgallery , @poetcalledl , and everyone who brought their hearts to this beautiful experience.🌞

Through the timeless beauty of Love Valley, we walked together in silence, stories, and presence. Between ancient stone formations and endless skies, we remembered that sometimes the path itself is the destination.✨

Guided by the @poetcalledl poem, each step became an invitation to listen more deeply to the land, to one another, and to the quiet wisdom within. 💫

@poetcalledl moves at the edge of what can be seen and what can only be felt, weaving poetry and artistic expression into a living exploration of identity, symbolism, and the unseen layers of human experience.🕊️

His work opens a space for reflection and deeper perception, where words become a bridge between the visible and the invisible.✨

Through his poetry, listeners are invited to slow down, feel deeply, and come into contact with the subtle dimensions of being, where emotion, memory, and intuition gently unfold.

He only went in once.

One walk.
One look around.
And he came back with words that hit harder
than anything we could have ever said about ourselves.

We’re still thinking about it.
Next week, you will be too.

Super excited to share my lines and learnings next week, with a community I’m honored to call family, here in this heaven-of-a-home: Ubud, Bali 🏝️

And it all unfolds within the 18th edition of BaliSpirit Festival (@balispiritfest), the heartchild of the incredible (Mighty) Megan 🦹🏼‍♀️ (@balimeg)

Wednesday was a special one.

We came together to celebrate Vero, a heart behind this space, and to mark her departure, for now.

A beautiful buffet by a local Balinese women’s collective, shared around the table.
Music and poetry in the garden.
The full moon rising above it all.

One of those evenings that reminds us what this place is about
connection, presence, and people coming together, naturally.

Thank you to everyone who made it what it was 🤍

And Vero, for everything you’ve created here.
Until soon.

🌿✨ A Sacred Opening ✨🌿
Beneath the vast skies of Cappadocia, we opened our journey — not with noise, but with stillness.
Not with rush, but with presence.

In circle, in silence, in song — we arrived.
We honored the land, our bodies, our breath.
We set intentions not just for the days ahead, but for how we wish to meet ourselves in each moment.

The opening ceremony was not a performance.
It was a remembering.
Of rhythm.
Of ritual.
Of why we are truly here.

To slow down.
To soften.
To listen.

The journey has many paths — but every one begins within.
