— mizuho by @wakokorotea first sip is super smooth and creamy, with a rich, deep umami that lingers. i get a really nice nutty note, almost like roasted chestnut, with a hint of toasted nori and this subtle sweet creaminess. naturally sweet, super velvety, with a thick, silky mouthfeel that coats the palate. barely any bitterness or astringency too! :> definitely a matcha i’d enjoy both as usucha and latte 💚 motd: mizuho by @wakokorotea milk: @oatbedient.ph @oatbedient chawan: @palawanpottery scale: @timemoreph . . . . #matcha #matchalatte #matchalover #fy #matchatea 🏷️ home cafe • matcha love • reel • fy • for you by @polaxmatcha

the joy of opening a new tin ⭐️ finally opening my okumidori from @namimatcha ! a light-bodied matcha with soft vegetal notes and a gentle sweetness. it has a delicate profile that makes it approachable for beginners, while also being easy to enjoy for everyday. also got the chance to make this honey whipped matcha using @matchasu.jech ‘s fail proof recipe! loved how it turned out, and it was such a fun way to enjoy my matcha. definitely trying this again! 😌😌✋🏽 use my code POLA for 15% off link in my bio! motd: okumidori by @namimatcha milk: @oatbedient.ph chawan: @mtch.official scale: @timemoreph . . . . #matcha #matchalatte #matchalover #fy #reel 🏷️ home cafe • honey whipped matcha • fyp by @polaxmatcha

bpml day with @daliasmatcha ! finally opened my kazoku from dalia’s matcha ⋆˚꩜ as latte: upon opening, i could immediately notice its natural sweetness. with every sip, i picked up on its gentle umami, silky texture, and soft vegetal notes, followed by a subtle nuttiness that adds more depth to its profile. what i especially love is how balanced it is. it’s medium-bodied, naturally sweet, and low in bitterness, making it an easy matcha to enjoy when you’re looking for something smooth without compromising on flavor. the creaminess and gentle umami work so beautifully together, giving it a soft yet satisfying character. also, i really love the thought behind this collection. knowing that it’s dedicated to scott, who has been part of their family, makes this feel so much more meaningful. there’s something incredibly touching about seeing a matcha collection carry a story of love, family, and remembrance. 🤍 truly grateful to experience something made with so much heart. 🥺🥺 motd: kazoku from @daliasmatcha ♡ milk: @oatbedient.ph chawan: @palawanpottery beads: @kinustudio.ph bar mat & coaster: @hakoandco_ sifter: @silv.stuff . . . #matcha #matchalatte #matchalover #fy #reel 🏷️ banana pudding matcha latte • bpml • home cafe by @polaxmatcha
