On an average, I think of @marioncrampe at least once a day. 🩰

Looking back at the time I got to move with you with intuition and trust. As I've always said, you come into my life whenever I need you most 🫀🫂 by @pole.contact

Nothing is stable. Life is always moving, changing, and evolving.
Dance is not an exception. Dance is part of the human experience .

For thousands of years, people have gathered to celebrate, to connect, and to express themselves through movement. Dancing has always been and is till today, an essential way to come closer to each other and so to ourselves.

As movers of Poledancing, we often focus on learning, training, and creating every detail, planning the steps and chasing “perfection” while thinking ahead. But what happens when we let go a little? When we honour what we already have and when we allow ourselves to trust to our own presence?

PoleContact is an invitation to explore the joy of dancing in presence... with another person...without a plan. A space where we learn to listen, to feel, to play, and to discover movement together in the moment.

Thank you very much, @aerialspiritstudio, for hosting our first PoleContact Laboratory. What a wonderful experience to share this vision with such a beautiful and inspiring collective of beings. by @pole.contact

Solo dancing does not exist. We dance with the floor, with gravity, with air, with a pole. And when it’s a duo it seams to be the whole orchestra of sensations that comes from that connection. To be felt by @pole.contact

Raw, intuitive, not perfect.
Improvisation is always a risk. Becoming vulnerable to imperfection yet connected with pure aliveness and presence.

Sometimes the body waits years for one moment.
A moment when it finally feels safe to receive a touch…
Safe to unlock the story it was always wanted to tell.

A magical threshold into a new chapter —
Where dance became a language beyond judgment, beyond perfection, beyond the need to be anything other than fully human.

We were deeply honoured to guide the very first PoleContact laboratory with a circle of beings willing to step into the unknown and trust the unfolding of this experiment.

What revealed itself was more beautiful than we could have imagined:
bodies listening,
souls meeting,
movement flowing freely like a shared breath.

Connection became Art.
Presence became Poetry.

The experience nourished us deeply — softening, awakening, reminding us of the quiet beauty that emerges when we move together with openness and care.

Endless gratitude to @aerialspiritstudio for holding the space with such generosity, sensitivity, and love for every detail and every vision.

And to every participant — thank you for your trust, your courage, your tenderness, and your dance.
These memories will stay alive within us for a long time.

With full hearts,
Mitya & Marion by @pole.contact
