Connection is Art.
Where Contact Improvisation meets Pole Dancing.

Thank you @mityastaev for teaching me this unique dance style, pole contact! This was part of our improv at the end of 2.5 lessons. It was definitely a different and uncomfortable experience to record a video without knowing anything about where it was going. I’ve learned many exercises for contact improvisation and I’m excited to keep exploring!

Beautiful experience of love, sharing, and connection. Pole and the passion for movement brought us together on this journey, which will surely stay in our hearts and help us grow both as aerialists and as human beings. Endless gratitude to @marioncrampe and @mityastaev . Thank you for your incredible light, your love, and for creating such a powerful, transformative, and unforgettable moment.

I love pole dance, I love movement, it’s an absolute blessing to move, to feel, to express, to connect.
