Having a great time at @fly.fitness.aerial.studio with instructor @ver0.pole ! This Intermediate/Advance class was jam packed with fun, and we were all happy to train hard! Had an absolute blast!

Another post from my trip in Brazil! My lovely room mate did a mini photoshoot for us all, before one of our workshops with Julia!
May I add, she is so talented, these photo's feel the most likely....ME. It's so hard to explain here, but I believe it is 100% to do with the photographer!

@cinthiacasco_ truly has an eye for photography! She generously was our groups person photographer for the whole trip and I feel behond blessed to have so many lovely photos to cherish this truly amazing pole retreat!

I got some amazing headshots and a chance to get some doubles with my friend @fityovaaa .How could we not, we were twinning in our @zeronepolewear outfits! (Not planned, we are just awesome that way!) 😘

I had the pleasure of taking a few classes from a guest instructor @e_pole.dance at @fly.fitness.aerial.studio the other day! It was SO much fun!

All the power to the people who took all three classes back-to-back!

I was able to grab a pole for two of her classes and I definitely recommend her, take a class if she's in your area! ♡ 😊

As this page is focusing on my pole journey! ...and not just the highlights of it, I would like to document a shift in my training here on my page with this video!
I'm not even done learning this combo, as I don't have the last transition yet. (^_^;)

SUMMER 2026 after my pole retreat to Brazil, I will be incorporating my own training and taking my flexability training more seriously! This will include Julia's Patreon, 100%. I've been having so much fun with every tutorial so far!

WARNING: I do slip in the end, but I catch myself...I didn't hurt myself. Just the usual pole kisses from all the practicing! 😘

This is my second day exploring @hangwithjulia 's Patreon page that is filled with so many lovely combos, and more!

The tutorial I've been working on is one I suggested on Julia's Patreon and it's called, "Peter Pan to Ice Princess Variations"!

I have a lot of work to do....but happy with how much I've accomplished with just 2 sessions, one more transition to figure out!

I highly recommend Julia's Patreon, if you have regular access to a pole! 😊

Okay, it's been a hot minute since I've gone to a Choreo class, so fun to catch one at @fly.fitness.aerial.studio with instructor @aerial_cobra !!!
....and she brought us back to Britney, bit$@! ♡ 😜
Sorry, I had to! 😘

I feel like these heels classes are challenging me still, I'm going to find my groove one day,! Until then....Im going to enjoy posting the journey!

I had a great time at @fly.fitness.aerial.studio with instructor @lethal.lily and all the others that came to class!

Practicing on both sides, and playing with some moves that I haven't done in a hot minute! Here is what a typical Intermediate/Advance Fundamentals class looks like for me.

I have been working on my flexability lately and I'm shocked to see my progression in my dorito shape jade! ♡♡♡
I was so shocked, I think the words out of my mouth, while IN the Jade split, were, am I flat....er? Hahaha
I shall continue with the flexability training!
