There are moments that stay with you forever. May 2026❤️‍🔥

Not because of the photo.
Not because of the pose.

But because of everything it took to get there.

The nerves, the excitement, the training, the trust, and the incredible energy of the people cheering beside me.

Brazil gave me memories I’ll treasure forever, but this moment will always have a special place in my heart. ✨

A reminder that we can do hard things, and that everything feels a little more possible when we’re surrounded by people who believe in us.

Un recordatorio de que somos capaces de hacer cosas difíciles y de que todo se siente un poco más posible cuando estamos rodeadas de personas que creen en nosotras.

pretty girls, beautiful energy, loud laughter, warm hugs and moments I already miss so much already 🤍 SAUDADE!!!!

The best part of every experience will always be the people, the moments we share and the memories we get to relive through photos forever 🥹✨

Still not over how special every single one of these girls made this experience feel.

After my 1st pole retreat (hosted by @hangwithjulia !) and spending 6 nights in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil 🇧🇷 and then adding on 2 nights in Buenos Aires, Argentina🇦🇷, I can officially say that I’m no longer scared of traveling to South America! 🙊

My 1st time in South America was enriching. I love going to new countries/continents & seeing how life is lived there. While Rio was loud, lively💃🏻, crowded, active 24/7🏄‍♂️, beachy🌊, and hot/humid☀️, Buenos Aires was colder🍂, felt more relaxed/balanced, and soo yummy🥟🍮. Wherever I travel to, I’m drawn to Europe vibes (like in BA) and architecture. Not sure why, but maybe bc I lived in Europe for 2+ years..

☁️ So many of my pole dreams came true: meeting Julia & learning how to smooth out some transitions from her, and doing my 1st professional pole photoshoot! Still waiting for the final pics from that, but @cinthiacasco_ in the retreat group also volunteered to take these impromptu pole headshots 📸🥰

Some highlights in Rio were the scenic beach bike tour (though the bike lane was crazyy chaotic) 🚲🌄 and having a balance of group time & solo time 🧘🏻‍♀️. Some highlights of BA included meeting the lovely @greetcheverry who showed me around, told me where to buy the best alfajores, & took some of the BA architecture pics in my post; and eating lots of meat but discovering that I still like chicken the best 😂

Pole retreat was a nice way to travel. Happy I made time for a haircut, balayage, and mani pedi 💅🏼 maybe the seasons of my life are changing & I prefer mellow travel activities instead of crowded touristy spots. I also like that that South America was affordable yet I didn’t get stomach upset nor mosquito bites! ❤️‍🔥

Maybe it’s time to learn Spanish?

Estos fueron los primeros 2 días de una experiencia que esperé por muchísimo tiempo 🥹✨

Entre sunsets, risas, nuevos lugares y almas bonitas… mi corazón ya se sentía lleno desde el día uno.

Y lo más lindo es que esto apenas comenzaba.
Los siguientes días se volvieron aún más especiales 🤍

Por ahora les dejo un pedacito de lo vivido… porque todavía viene muchísimo más ✨

These were the first 2 days of an experience I had been waiting for for such a long time 🥹✨

Between sunsets, laughter, new places and beautiful souls… my heart already felt so full from day one.

And the most beautiful part is that this was only the beginning.
The following days somehow became even more special 🤍
