Paid PR: @royla.lee September Charity & LE Polishes

Last but definitely not least of my collages for this launch are four beautiful charity and limited edition polishes, including this month’s @PolishForPaws. I forced myself to be pickier with top picks, but I genuinely enjoyed all of these very much and had a hard time taking them off. Scroll through for all the direct/indirect natural light shots!

Again, these will not restock, but preorder is uncapped and overpours will be available at a later date (most likely sometime in the new year).

TOP PICK (CHARITY POLISH): “Backyard Barbara” is taupe/beige base with glowy blue to purple shimmer and silver reflective glitter – inspired by a squirrel that’s become a regular visitor to Taylor’s backyard, where she now enjoys a hose ‘shower’ and birdseed snacks daily. $6 of every bottle sold will be donated to wildcareoklahoma.org

The shift is strong in this polish, and the base can lean more oatmeal or purple depending on the light. While I don’t usually mattify reflective polishes, I love how glowy the shimmer in this one looks with a matte topcoat!

@PolishForPaws Charity Polish: “3 Snaps in Turtle Formation” is swampy olive green with orange to gold crystal flakes, with $6 of every bottle sold going to global conservation nonprofit Turtle Survival Alliance.

I love how shiny the flakes are, and the base builds up to a brown-leaning olive that really does remind me of a turtle shell. The formula was so nice to use too; there was minimal clean-up needed, and I’m not the neatest painter.

This one may stain, but I didn’t experience any issues with 2x ridge filler under the polish. Shown in 3 easy coats; $13.50.

TOP PICK (CHARITY POLISH): “Mother to Kittens” is a deep fuchsia base with blue to purple shifting shimmer and scattered holo, and is a charity polish for the Pet Food Pantry of Oklahoma City. Taylor usually releases polish for her labrador Levy and donates a portion of the proceeds to the rescue he’s from every year, but they seem to have paused operations, so these sales will benefit the food pantry by @polishforpaws

My swatches are shown in 3 coats with glitter grabber on top for a smooth finish. I personally didn't experience staining with this one.

Our September @polishforpaws is “3 Snaps in Turtle Formation” ✨ at the time of creating this prugly shade I was watching a lot of In Livin’ Color reruns. My favorite episode is Men on Films and “3 Snaps in Z formation” always makes me laugh. For September we were inspired by Alligator Snapping Turtles! Alligator Snapping Turtles are actually a threatened species. This is swampy olive green with orange to gold crystal flakes.

I’m laughing so hard at the name because she said she was inspired by a segment called Men on Films from In Livin’ Color (3 snaps in Z formation)! 😂 I loved that show!

Thanks to everyone who purchased Tregi and Beneath Polar Skies!
We sold 303 bottles of Tregi with a donation of $1,818 that I rounded up to $1,850 for Pearl’s Memory Babies! We also sold 204 bottles of Beneath Polar Skies with a donation of $1,224 that I rounded up to $1,250 for Polar Bears International @polarbearsinternational . We are almost to a half way point with orders, but are working as quickly as possible. 🎉🎉🎉

Hi everyone! I’m still working through refunding shipping overages. Combining orders is the easy part, but I have to go through each one and calculate the difference for the refund. 😂

I did want to mention that refunds are issued immediately on my end, but they can take 24–48 hours to process and appear back on your account. This also applies to refunds for canceled orders. Shopify may send an email saying your order was canceled but that a refund hasn’t been issued yet. This is because the refund is still processing with your bank/card issuer and unfortunately, that processing time is completely out of my hands.

If you don’t see your refund right away, please do not file a chargeback. Always reach out to me first and I’ll be happy to check on it for you. Thank you! ❤️

(Note: I experienced bleeding with this one, so I would recommend a water- or alcohol-based top coat before using a quick dry top coat if you don’t like the bleeding look. I personally love the extra saturation though).

Hey everyone! I’m excited to share the swatches for July’s @polishforpaws ! ❤️

With every launch, I create a polish that benefits an animal rescue. For July, I decided to switch things up and take inspiration from polar bears. With the heat we’ve been having lately, focusing on one of nature’s coolest creatures just felt fitting!
