SWIPE : You’re trusting me with far more than a real estate transaction.

You’re trusting me with your home, your money, your plans, and often a pretty important chapter of your life.

After 25 years in this business, I still care deeply about getting the outcome right.

Thinking about buying or selling? Call me. I’m in your corner. 707.799.2004 taken in Sonoma County by @polleysproperties

Tucked into 120 acres of rolling hills and towering redwoods just minutes from downtown Healdsburg, NewTree Ranch @newtreeranch is the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave.

On this feature of The HauteSheet, I’m taking you inside one of Sonoma County’s best-kept secrets. A biodynamic farm stay where luxury and land live in harmony, from the Estate Villa to the Barn Villa, the gardens, the private lake, and yes, the golden retrievers who greet you at the door.

This is wine country the way it’s meant to be experienced. Slow, intentional, and rooted in the kind of give-first hospitality that feels like home.

Watch it on The HauteSheet, streaming on Travel Channel, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire, and local cable channels, and always on YouTube @thehautesheet

Where would you slow down first? Tell me in the comments.

Episode 2 of The HauteSheet is almost here. 🎬 This one is all about connection, and the people who build it right here in Sonoma County.

I sat down with:
🏀 NBA champion Festus Ezeli at Blind Butcher @fezzyfel @festusfeasts @blindbutcher @chef_coskun_abik
🍽️ Chefs Charlie and Reed Palmer at Appellation Healdsburg @chefcharliepalmer @reed_palmer @appellation_healdsburg @foliabarandkitchen @beelinerooftop
🌳 Edward Newell of New Tree Ranch @newtreeranch
💙 Nichole Warwick of Blue Zones Project Petaluma at Tedx Sonoma County @bzppetaluma @tedxsonomacounty

Every conversation came back to the same question: what actually builds community, and why does it matter so much right now?
The HauteSheet is the lifestyle series I host and executive produce with the Emmy-nominated team at REAL Shows Network. It airs on streaming networks Apple, Roku and Amazon Fire as well as local broadcast channels and the Travel Channel.

At a time when the world feels heavy, we are choosing to make positive media that tells the stories of our neighbors and the good they are quietly building.

📣 Know someone whose story deserves the spotlight? We are always taking nominations

25 years as a Sonoma County Realtor, and celebrating the people who make this place special and building community is still my favorite part of the job. #sonomacounty #lifestyle #winecountry #community
