25 of these specialty kits ship this week. None of them were ordered. Pontis builds private label collections for academies. These 25 kits are going to academies from the BJJLink network. Nobody applied and nobody paid for a slot - they were selected by the BJJLink team. Each one holds a kimono, a rashguard, shorts, and a card with that academy’s name and number on it. This is the first collection Pontis and BJJLink have made together, and it won’t be the last. It’s also the clearest answer we have to what an academy’s own collection can look like - not a logo printed on a blank. Designed properly, made properly, with your name on it. The designer is Jasper Wong. He created the ampersand for the Pontis logomark. Now he’s designed the first collection Pontis and BJJLink have made together. Most academy gear is a logo printed on a blank. This is what it could be instead. Look for his signature twice - white on the no gi, black on kimono. “I’ve worked with Jasper for years.
