Without doubt the biggest project of the year, and something I’m immensely proud of. Shooting the Lune Cookbook is easily my 2022 career highlight. One of the best things to have come out of the last few years of heartache was Kate’s (@ms.lune) hard work putting together this epic book.

I had the enormous privilege of shooting with the incredible talent of @lee_blaylock , @evi_o @chloe_e_thomas and the team behind the scenes at Hardie Grant. Over the space of 7 days we shot hundreds of pastries, made deceptively simple sets, and did it all with incredibly time sensitive dishes. We also got to play with a quarter million dollar sports car, and you just don’t get to say that often in this line of work.

I go into 2023 more excited than ever, and now immensely humbled to have been a part of such an ambitious project that was realised so bloody well.
