CURLTEMBER 2026 — DAY 27/30 💪

Bilateral Alternating Cable Hammer Curls 🔨

The @exponentedge Infinity Arm takes momentum out of the equation and give the back and arms a stable base to work from.

The @porter_physed Eclipse Grips are the star of this setup—independent handles let each arm move naturally while keeping continuous cable tension through the curl.

I mixed two paths here: straight up for a traditional neutral-grip hammer curl, and cross-body for a diagonal path toward the opposite shoulder. Both keep the neutral grip while changing the arm path and feel of the contraction.

Alternating sides also lets me focus on one rep at a time without giving up the stability of a bilateral setup.

Back supported. No swinging. Just the arms doing the work.

This was one of the very first @porter_physed TRI Fighter attachments made. Stainless steel, 35mm grips, and the custom leather splatter made it clean.

After chatting with @holidayfamily2015 on how he wanted to customize his piece, I dreamed up this idea with the help of @plate_snacks , who understood the assignment & crushed it.

Putting TIE fighters on the TRI fighter just made sense. Light speed graphics matching the splatter paint, it all came together. To top it off, I got to honor both creators of the TRI Fighter with their logos displayed prominently as it was a collaboration with @wm_fab to bring the TRI Fighter to life.
