Swipe to see the attachments I’m going to use to add an inch to my arms. A couple tricep variations shown. Let me know if you want to see bicep options too.

TRI fighter, coming soon from @fringesport x @porter_physed. The different attachment points let you choose where you want the resistance specifically, which for this exercise can include more/less forearms. Very cool attachment that I’ve already used for tris, bis and lats.

REVbar coming soon from @fringesport x @porter_physed. This is primarily a tricep/bicep tool but there are two key differentiators from the usual curl bar or v-grip attachment. First, it spins so smoothly! Second and more importantly, the huge 50mm handles. You can get fat handles or long handles but usually not both. I’m loving this thing and using almost every workout.

Finally the Tricep Board from @fringesport. This isolates the tricep by moving the resistance point closer to your wrist and removing the need for you to grip the attachment. More hypertrophy, less wrist strain.

Works great overhead too

It’s going to feel heavier overhead because of the weight of the attachment. Adjust accordingly.

I’m told overhead extensions help grow the long head. I’m no scientist. I just try things and see what happens with no documentation. Worst case, I have a great time. If you made it this far, let me know which attachment looks like it could help your training most.

@ancoretraining Pro has been a staple in my gym for awhile now. But what happens when you combine its mechanical resistance with @getrxd Tornado X Arms + @porter_physed Eclipse Grips?

You find a pretty solid Ski Erg that can customized to fit your specific height! Being able to adjust the width unlocks comfort levels previously unknown on this movement pattern.
Code - JBTV - saves at Ancore and on Eclipse Grips

🚨Meet the Lone Stag PineStack:
🌲 The packable pine tree!

Built for training on the go.

This modular, single-post power rack is my recent creation, designed to pack down small and travel easily. Mounted to my truck with the Porter Physed × Caracara Metal mobile gym hitch mount and powered by the Beyond Power VOLTRA, it’s the foundation of my mobile gym setup—taking my training beyond the home gym and out into the WILD.

The VOLTRA delivers up to 250 lb of resistance in a compact, portable unit, and functions flawlessly with the PineStack system! While the VOLTRA is my TOP PICK, the PineStack also supports resistance bands, pulley systems, and other rack-mounted resistance options as well.Even my YETI cooler got in on the workout—doubling as my flat bench and plyo box! 🧊💪

Mountain views, peace and quiet, and a great lift—what more could you ask for?

🚨COMING SOON: Articulating arms and a DUAL VOLTRA setup integrated into the PineStack.
🌲⚡

Where would you take this setup for a workout?
