We posted up a video yesterday of the Wireslinger welding up the ball joint cups and today that piece gets welded to the tube of the control arm. Connor knocking out a bridge assembly today for weld Wednesday. This bridge bolts between the rear notches and incorporates the upper bag mount or upper coilover mount, depending on the Dropmember configuration. It’s already been tacked together while in the jig to make sure it’s square and fits our specs. Spending Weld Wednesday with the Jon and this nice little weld with a bit of a downhill slope. You guys always ask for unedited videos so here you go. No timelapse, no music overlay, no filters. Just lowered the exposure so you can see the weld, wire melting, and nozzle movement. Today Jon is wrapping up all of the smaller components for the chassis he’s currently welding up. Having trouble mounting your Airlift or Accuair Height Sensors? Our Billet Height Sensor brackets make it easy. We offer three sizes to fit a variety of components including tubular control arms, 4-link bars, and trailing arms. We offer them in 2” and 1.25” diameters. Really excited about this build from Sisco’s Fab out in Texas. This is a Brazilian C14 imported into the US. Brandon & his team are running our Dropmember system up front and our complete Backhalf system in the rear. This also allows him to keep the front half of the factory frame in tact preserving the factory VIN. Important for a couple of reasons, especially since this truck was imported.
