We've got another workshop upcoming in the shop! ♻️💍
Run by @re.creart, this session will be an opportunity to learn how to handcraft jewellery using up-cycled materials and take away your own custom piece(s) in a vibrant area of East London!

As this event falls just before Christmas, it's also a great place to source a gift - one with lots of thought behind it!

£40 per person for a session from 1:30pm - 4pm.

Part 3 of our series! We’re trying out cameras of various decades, all available at our shop.
For the third installment of this series, we’ve landed on the 1970s. We’ve chosen the beloved Olympus trip 35.

This iconic 35mm compact film camera was produced from 1968 to 1984, designed to be an accessible and high-resolution camera, and to be battery free! It’s a fantastic travel camera, affordable and simple to use...there is no wonder it’s one of the most popular analogue cams!

To pair with our 1970s theme, our song choice features Gerry Rafferty’s 1978 Classic: “Right Down the Line”.

We took Maartje on one of our guided shoots, seeing how she could capture the world around her. She chose “Weemoedig” as the title for her photographs: a reflection of what the walk meant to her. In Dutch, this word often refers to the bittersweet feeling of missing a time, place, or person while also feeling nostalgic about it. These are her outcomes!

If you’re new to photography, or a seasoned photographer wanting something to refresh your practice our photo walks will provide hands on guidance/fresh perspectives around interesting areas of East London.

Part two to our series! We're trying out cameras of various decades, all available at our shop.
For this second instalment, we've landed on the 2000s! We've chosen the Sony Cybershot DSC-P92.

If you're interested in the functionality of this camera, we already have a video up which delves into all its features.

This model was released in 2003, designed as a compact and sturdy camera, it's a first-time friendly model.

To pair with our 2000s theme, our song choice features Radiohead and an undeniable hit from their 2007 album
'In Rainbows. We've gone for 'Weird Fishes' 🐠🐟🐡

Baby Arsinoe’s first photoshoot! We had three generations of women in the studio for a family photo, and it was a really special moment for all of us.

Capturing moments like these is so important, it was such a pleasure to have a part in distilling memories a family can look back on and cherish.
