First Yorton. Almost didn't make it, almost gave up, but I made it. I appreciate every encouragement, coach, trainer, OCB show promoter, and those who just checked on me during this prep. It's been a rough year for me and IYKYK. But with all the support we made it, and I'll be back and better. Happy with the progress, but not satisfied.

What locking in looks like 👀

It is always about progress, precision and purpose. Last year was about a lot of hard work and it showed. This year is no different but better.

Pic on the left was last year November 2025 NFF Championships. On the right 2026 Yorton Cup. First Pro show of the year. It's a long season but very strategic. Happy with the progress but still got work to do!!

Sharing my experience as a pageant queen and how it is very similar to competing in bodybuilding!!!

Main takeaways: continue to be coachable, when people are trying to help you be successful by giving you advice and guiding you you can either be open and listen or they can pour into those who are. Also when people believe in you and see greatness believe it and hold onto those people!!

I am most grateful for this experience. For it reignited a fire in me to compete, workout, and challenge myself. This gave me something special just for me and I am happy about that! This experience also showed me and reminded me how to be a great coach and to remain authentic to how I do this!!!

💜 Day 4: Crown Serves 💜

My platform is Autoimmune Disorder Awareness, and the organizations I proudly support are the Autoimmune Association and the Lupus Foundation.
Living with an autoimmune disorder has shown me that many illnesses are invisible. While millions of people face these conditions every day, too many go undiagnosed, misunderstood, or feel alone in their journey.

The Autoimmune Association works to raise awareness, advocate for better research, improve earlier diagnosis, and provide hope and support to those affected.

As Mrs Classic Gulf Coast, my mission is to use my voice to educate others, encourage compassion for those living with invisible illnesses, and remind every person battling an autoimmune disease that they are seen, heard, and never alone.

Together, we can turn awareness into action. 💜

Fun fact 📝 I am his nutrition and posing coaching when he is competing 💪 and he is my trainer when I compete! Most of all we are a team.

6 days out and still putting in work. We have trained since February and he has no plans of letting me slow up.

Sharing my experience on here!

I am 7 days out from the Regency International Pageant. There are 172 delegates registered for the pageant. I am honored to represent Texas as Mrs Classic Gulf Coast. At the age of 50 i am stepping into a new area of competition!

The show is July 20th through the 26th!
