First Yorton. Almost didn't make it, almost gave up, but I made it. I appreciate every encouragement, coach, trainer, OCB show promoter, and those who just checked on me during this prep. It's been a rough year for me and IYKYK. But with all the support we made it, and I'll be back and better. Happy with the progress, but not satisfied.

1st Annual Beyond Posing Clinic 🏆
What a day!

I’m grateful to NFF for collaborating with me and helping create a space where athletes could learn, ask questions, sharpen their presentation, and grow beyond just the physical side of competing.

A huge thank you to Infinity Fitness Solutions for opening the doors and giving us a home to bring this vision to life.

And to every Pro, coach, judge, and special guest who showed up and poured into the athletes…thank you for giving your time, knowledge, experience, and perspective. That kind of access matters, and I don’t take it lightly.

Most importantly, thank you to every participant who came ready to learn, practice, be coached, and step outside of their comfort zone. You brought the energy that made the clinic what it was.

This was bigger than posing. It was about community, confidence, education, and helping the sport grow beyond the stage!

Beyond Posing…That was the goal!

🔥 WOW… Y’ALL REALLY SHOWED UP & SHOWED OUT! 🔥

I just want to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported the Beyond Posing Clinic! 🙏❤️

Today was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! The energy, the athletes, the support, the knowledge, and the overall atmosphere were beyond anything I could have imagined. I truly have no words!

Seeing everyone come together, learn, grow, support one another, and bring such amazing energy made this event so special. 💪🏽✨

To everyone who helped make today possible and every single person who walked through those doors — THANK YOU! Your support means more than you know.

🏆 This one was DEFINITELY one for the books!
Beyond Posing Clinic… YOU DID THAT! 🔥🔥🔥

Pioneers & Contributors of Natural Bodybuilding in Texas

As federation and organization owners, directors, and chairmen, many sacrifices are made in the development and growth of an organization. That certainly holds true for the men and women who helped pave the path for natural bodybuilding in Texas.

These pioneers provided the structure. They created organizations, established shows, developed opportunities, and sometimes carried the weight of an entire movement when natural bodybuilding was still fighting to establish its place in the Texas competitive landscape.

Then there are THE PLAYERS.

Their contributions are just as significant. These are the judges, coaches, trainers, posing coaches, promoters, and leaders who have educated, developed, and guided hundreds of competitors to the stage—and, in many cases, all the way to national and world championships.
This is only a short list. There are many more names and stories that deserve recognition.

• The promoters.
• The judges.
• The coaches and trainers.
• The expeditors.
• The vendors and service providers.
• The volunteers.

Many of them work behind the curtains and beyond the lights, without ever receiving the recognition given to the athletes standing center stage.
But they are the motor that drives this thing we call competitive natural bodybuilding.

Texas has a rich natural bodybuilding history, and preserving that history means recognizing not only the champions who stood under the lights—but also the people who built the stage, created the opportunities, opened the doors, and kept the movement alive.

BEHIND THE CURTAINS. BEYOND THE LIGHTS.

OCB Dayton Natural| Show #3 in the books! 📖

As always, it was a fun time filled with nerves & excitement. I placed 2nd in open for #WomensPhysique 1 placing higher than before, 1 step closer to my goal. 🥇There is always more work to be done, always ways to get better & I will do just that.

Pro cards are NOT given, they are EARNED! My main goals for the next competition is to bring that winning conditioning & improved posing as well! 9/10 that IS what separates you from the pack. 💯 Not only that, it shows how hard you’ve worked to achieve such a state.
_
I will NOT cease in competing this year until my goal has been obtained! I’m so close, I can taste it. & victory is always better after experiencing defeat. However, I am NOT defeated. I am PROUD ☺️☺️. Proud of the work I put in to make it to the stage, proud for not giving up when life was telling me otherwise, proud for sticking to my word and doing the show no matter what! For me, that is #VICTORY! 😤💯👌🏾💪🏾

Special thank you to my coaches @hardbodybyjtimo & @posing_queen_ & everyone that has shown me love & support. I can’t tell you how much it means to me 💙🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

Show #3 which was also my 1st show 2 years ago, is coming up in 12 days! 🔥💪🏾 The road to get to the stage has been met by numerous obstacles and unforeseen circumstances, yet I persevere through it all. This prep hasn’t been as long as it should have been, but I’m determined to make this one the best one yet! Once I decided to do the show, I told myself regardless if someone drops, I would do the show… nothing was going to stop me from hitting the stage. So here we are, 12 days away. I’m proud of myself for not giving up. Because it’s not always easy. You will learn things about yourself, good & bad. So long as you don’t fold, you will grow! Life is about growing…anything that isn’t growing is #dead
_
It hasn’t always been easy or felt good to show up for myself. Bodybuilding is a different type of beast! You will be tried, you will be pushed, you will be uncomfortable, you have to do it when you are tired, do it ugly…& sometimes do it alone even. Get used to it, but never quit! No matter what!
