Posing challenge round champion @coachedbystewie 🫶❤️
@posinggames

When I first met Stewie it was backstage at @wnbf_uk in 2023 and after that a few weeks later we spoke about working together & it was at that point I told him I thought he could be one of the best posing coaches in the world 🌎

Understandably a lot of people doubted that due to his lack of competitive experience which was something we both had in common I had the same thing as a prep coach with not many shows under my belt.

What we continued to do was show the passion and love for our craft and prove the doubters wrong.

Stewie definitely did exactly what he set out to do which was prove he’s one of the best posers in the world & that our standards are extremely high in all departments 🫡

Couldn’t be prouder.

Also a cool full circle moment as @jonlofthousee & @flowbysammy did my first ever posing seminar, posing lessons & my posing routine for my show so I’ve watched them grow the posing industry from the ground up and thats been pretty amazing. by @posinggames

Bob chic who? Make way for the greatest compère of all time @mr_oph

Brother we are eternally grateful for the life you brought to the party, the emotions you pulled from the stories of our artists, keeping the show running as smooth as butter you my friend are never leaving us 🤣

You brought such light to the theatre after the moments of intensity. Just the biggest thank you ever. The overwhelming feedback saying you were the best emcee anyone has ever seen was astounding.

The hardest routine I’ve ever made. The song requires a wide range of skills as there’s a lot of contrast in intensity and vibe.

The start and ending requires you to slow down severely, forcing you to add complexity through subtle details to keep it interesting.

The middle part raises the intensity to the max where power and certainty is needed to compliment the music.

I’ve watched the routine back a couple of times now, and there’s a lot of stuff that could be improved or changed, but I still think this is the best I’ve made. Beating it next year though, that’s a promise 🤝🏻

Thank you to @stevenlewisbarrett_photography @jackhazvisuals & @jodimakmedia for capturing this amazing footage 🙏🏼 taken in Camberley Theatre by @posinggames

Now that I'm home, here's how I felt about competing in the world's very first @posinggames It was the perfect way to end a 15-year bodybuilding career... And I went out the way I wanted to go out... Swinging like a fighter...

When my routine comes out I'm going to give a little more in-depth analysis on why I chose that song and so forth. But here is just my overall how I felt about the show and my ending to my career in bodybuilding by @posinggames

I know many wondered why I retired from bodybuilding. And this right here is the big reason why. I couldn’t help think that I was just meant for something different other than getting to the Olympia stage.

Myself & @flowbysammy will devote ourselves to this endeavour. To ensure that the art of posing not just lives on…

But thrives into the fucking stratosphere. My mind explodes with ideas, opportunities and wild visions that we will hunt relentlessly.

Me and Sammy have no care or want for more money… we understand that it is not the destination nor the journey…

It’s the people you do life with, the people you inspire, the cool shit we can do if we bring everyone together.

Posing Games X Netflix sounds like a worthy challenge.

Creativity under pressure. A champion in the moment 🏆🔥

Stewie Hemsley @coachedbystewie taking home the freestyle rounds trophy at @posinggames . Thinking on his feet, making every pose his own and showing how much personality you can bring to the stage 📸👏

A special shout-out to MC Jose Ophield @mr_oph , who kept the show flowing with so much fun and laughter. Brilliant banter, infectious energy and a real knack for bringing the crowd and competitors together 🎤😂 SWIPE TO END 👈🏻

A privilege to capture these moments ..
