The hardest routine I’ve ever made. The song requires a wide range of skills as there’s a lot of contrast in intensity and vibe.

The start and ending requires you to slow down severely, forcing you to add complexity through subtle details to keep it interesting.

The middle part raises the intensity to the max where power and certainty is needed to compliment the music.

I’ve watched the routine back a couple of times now, and there’s a lot of stuff that could be improved or changed, but I still think this is the best I’ve made. Beating it next year though, that’s a promise 🤝🏻

Thank you to @stevenlewisbarrett_photography @jackhazvisuals & @jodimakmedia for capturing this amazing footage 🙏🏼

Now that I'm home, here's how I felt about competing in the world's very first @posinggames It was the perfect way to end a 15-year bodybuilding career... And I went out the way I wanted to go out... Swinging like a fighter...

When my routine comes out I'm going to give a little more in-depth analysis on why I chose that song and so forth. But here is just my overall how I felt about the show and my ending to my career in bodybuilding

Getting into a split lunge posing position is one thing, but moving fluidly through the movement is another!

You can the mobility to get into a decent split lunge, but being strong enough in the end ranges and still have control through the movement requires more stability and control!

Teaching the hips to be able to pivot and move around in a lunge position is HARD and trust me this drill is harder than it looks!

Posing aside this is also a great addition for hip stability and control. Drills = skills. And the ability to control the movement of a joint is a skill. And skills need to be learned and practised.

Give this a go (especially figure and men’s categories that need routines) and let me know how you find it!

Small but mighty. Captivating under the lights 🔥

Sara Bradley @smallbutmighty20 during her guest posing routine at @posinggames

As a photographer, I love capturing the moments where strength and expression come together. The shape of a pose, the light catching the detail, and the personality an athlete brings to the stage 📸 With this stage, those spotlights and the smoke rolling around her, how could I go wrong?

Sara speaks about posing as a way of telling a story without words, and that’s what made capturing her routine so special. Showing both the physique she’s worked so hard to build and the artist bringing it to life.

A privilege to be behind the camera for this performance and part of the Posing Games.

I know many wondered why I retired from bodybuilding. And this right here is the big reason why. I couldn’t help think that I was just meant for something different other than getting to the Olympia stage.

Myself & @flowbysammy will devote ourselves to this endeavour. To ensure that the art of posing not just lives on…

But thrives into the fucking stratosphere. My mind explodes with ideas, opportunities and wild visions that we will hunt relentlessly.

Me and Sammy have no care or want for more money… we understand that it is not the destination nor the journey…

It’s the people you do life with, the people you inspire, the cool shit we can do if we bring everyone together.

Posing Games X Netflix sounds like a worthy challenge.
