Ho deciso di fare questo post per lasciarlo in evidenza e raccontarvi qualcosa, dirvi cosa c'è sotto questa pagina.

Posticini nasce un po' come album di figurine dei miei posti del cuore. Ma non dei posti dove si "mangia la migliore carbonara", dove trovare "il migliore maritozzo" e cose simili.

I miei genitori mi hanno sempre portata in giro, fatta viaggiare e abbiamo questa abitudine, da quando sono piccola, di prendere la macchina il sabato mattina e girare per le campagne e fermarci in qualche posto speciale, dove si mangi bene ma che soprattutto abbia un cuore.
Penso che sia proprio questo.

POSTICINI per me sono quei luoghi che hanno un'anima, un cuore e un progetto. Perché il cibo fa un giro lunghissimo prima di arrivare a noi, e c'è chi ne segue tutti i passaggi con grande impegno, cuore e cercando di lasciare un impatto positivo.

E poi ci sono le persone con le quali condividiamo la tavola.
È per questo che non volevo che "posticini" si esaurisse ad una pagina Instagram un po' svuotata di sentimento, ma che avesse un'evoluzione.

Per questo nasce il POSTICINI SUPPER CLUB (una tavolata sociale alla quale si può partecipare da soli o con qualcuno che già si conosce): per fare un piccolo viaggio nella nostra stessa città, per aprirci ed essere ricettivi come quando siamo molto lontani da casa.

Per conoscere persone nuove, per sederci a tavola con sconosciuti per mangiare e bere bene ma anche per ascoltare e scoprire chi e cosa c'è dietro una cucina, un progetto.

Still trying to figure out how it was October and we were having lunch in the sun, by the sea, surrounded by horses. 🐎

We arrived at this beautiful spot, in front of a Hypermaremma installation, and there it was: a long table in the middle of nowhere, flowers, wine, good food, the sound of the sea.

There’s a whole lot of carrying, loading, unloading and figuring things out behind a day like this. Tables, benches, flowers, plates, food, wine, all brought into the middle of nowhere. And then, at some point, you sit back and see it all come together.

And riding horses into the sea? Definitely not something you get to do every Sunday. 🫠🌊

These are the days I hope people take home with them. And the ones that remind me why I keep doing this. 🤎

A DAY ON HORSEBACK, BY THE SEA 🐎🌊

A Sunday in the Maremma, between the coast and countryside of Ansedonia, with @andante.horseriding 🐎💛

A day on horseback, a long table on the beach surrounded by horses, lunch by the sea — and the possibility to swim with them. ✨🌊

meet at 10am for a morning ride through the Maremma and along the coast. Stop for lunch on the beach, with time for a swim with the horses, then get back in the saddle for the afternoon ride before heading back 🐎

I started building these pop-up tables without really knowing where they would take me. 🫠
I definitely never imagined I’d be setting a long table in the middle of a bocce court, inside a little club hidden in the heart of Rome.🎱

And maybe this is my favourite part of Posticini Supper Club: finding these places that sometimes make absolutely no sense for a dinner, and somehow making them work. 😅

It was pretty special to watch people walk through the park in the dark, find the entrance to the bocce club, and slowly gather around the table ✨ some coming alone, some with friends, some meeting for the first time.

Seeing how many people show up, and with how much curiosity and openness they do it, is honestly the best part of all of this.

qualche frammento di queste bellissime giornate a Trancoso, in una casa meravigliosa (la trovate taggata nell'ultima foto dove si vede anche una vasca segreta 🌿) che ci ha fatto risvegliare tra macachi, bradipi, colibrì, rumori e colori incredibili della Mata Atlantica 🌴
questa stagione è stata perfetta per visitare questa zona di Bahia: 26-27 gradi, spiagge deserte, tranquillità.

E poi c’è Praia do Espelho.🌊
Per arrivarci da Trancoso bisogna percorrere un lungo tratto di strada sterrata (meglio aver affittato una macchina abbastanza alta per i tratti un po' più wild) attraversando quella che viene chiamata Vale dos Búfalos (trovare il video nell'ultima slide!!) 🐃
Il paesaggio cambia completamente: la strada attraversa una grande fazenda, con distese immense, natura ovunque e, naturalmente, i bufali. Già il viaggio per arrivare lì fa parte dell’esperienza.

Poi all’improvviso si arriva al mare.

Ma è una spiaggia che cambia completamente a seconda della marea. E forse è proprio questo che la rende così speciale: non esiste un’unica Praia do Espelho. Il mare può essere calmo e trasparente, quasi immobile, oppure avere un aspetto completamente diverso poche ore dopo.

Praia do Espelho è famosa soprattutto per un fenomeno molto particolare: con la bassa marea, l’acqua rimane intrappolata tra le rocce e forma delle grandi piscine naturali, così ferme da riflettere il cielo come uno specchio. È proprio da qui che prende il suo nome.

tra tutti i posticini ce n'è uno in particolare che mi è piaciuto moltissimo

la Pousada Bendito Seja @pousadabenditoseja , un posticino davvero speciale 💙

Ed è stato probabilmente il posto che più di tutti ha rappresentato l’idea di spiaggia che cercavo in Bahia.

Bendito Seja è una pousada direttamente sulla Praia do Espelho, ma anche chi non soggiorna lì può fermarsi per pranzo e vivere la spiaggia davanti alla struttura. Tutto è molto semplice, ma curato: tavoli sulla sabbia, lettini, grandi cuscini, ombra e il mare a pochi passi. La filosofia della pousada è proprio quella di integrarsi il più possibile con il paesaggio e lasciare che sia la natura a essere la vera protagonista.

E forse è proprio questo il modo migliore per vivere Praia do Espelho: non andarci per vederla e basta, ma fermarsi abbastanza a lungo da vederla trasformarsi.
