i just finished knitting my homeward bound jacket 🫶 i wanted to design a jacket for the chilly walk home after dinner, with whimsical house-shaped pockets! and these precious buttons from @haulinhooffarm were such a perfect fit.

Looking for testers for the Hank Tank! 🧶🫶 This is such a fun knit, and uses intarsia and cables to create tiny little hanks. Perfect for those of us who are obsessed with yarn 🥰
🧶 I used KW scout as the base yarn, and @kelbournewoolens has generously offered a discount code for testers!
🧶 for the hanks, I used mini skeins from local San Francisco hand dyers: @barabarasoftwares , @firebirdyarns , and @seismicyarn 🫶
🧶 this design is a collaboration with the @bayareayarncrawl , my local SF yarn crawl! we will be hosting a knit-along in the new year to lead up to the yarn crawl… stay tuned for more on that soon 👀

The Bernal Sweater test knit application is HERE! I’m so excited for this design, inspired by the houses on Bernal Hill in San Francisco. I am so incredibly excited and honored to announce that one of my designs will be included in a @laine_magazine publication in 2027!

For this piece, I drew inspiration from Northern California’s sequoia forests. I wanted to capture the feeling of being surrounded by thousands of towering tree trunks, immersed in a layered landscape where towering old-growth trees and delicate new growth coexist in harmony.

Meet Sequoia: an oversized textured v-neck sweater that features varied widths and types of ribbing, evoking the dramatic height of the forest. I knit this sample in @kelbournewoolens Erin, a wonderfully rustic bulky-weight yarn.
