Organic social doesn’t always give us the perfectly clean ROI equation that paid advertising can, but that doesn’t mean we can't tell if it's working. This is a newer business that currently spends $0 on marketing outside of organic social media. During their second full quarter in business, their social accounts generated 23,682 profile visits and 5,853 link clicks. Those clicks accounted for more than 40% of all traffic to their website during the same period. And through attribution tracking, we know that more than 90% of their bookings originate on that website. Can we tell you exactly how many dollars each of those 5,853 clicks produced? Nope. But we can follow the data far enough to know organic social is doing exactly what we need it to do. Socials create awareness → awareness leads to profile visits → thousands of those people are clicking through to the website → the website is where almost all of the business’s bookings originate. That’s why we track this stuff so closely. Not every marketing channel gives you a perfectly clean ROAS number but there should still be plenty of evidence that it’s doing its job. #postedsocial #organicsocialroi #bestofstlouis by @posted.social

GVN’s problem wasn’t that their website was bad, it was that they had 5 of them! 😵‍💫…all for the same business. As their business grew, their four distinct locations ended up spread across five different websites and five different domains, all with slightly different information, different levels of upkeep, and all essentially competing against each other in search. So when they came to us for a redesign, we didn’t just rebuild each of the five separate sites — we consolidated their entire digital presence into one unified website for the brand, with dedicated pages for each location and one place to manage services, information, updates, and future growth. From there, we redirected each of the old domains to its respective location on the new site to make sure we didn’t lose any of the traffic those sites had already built. Now, instead of five websites fighting for search ranking and visibility, everything GVN publishes contributes to the same domain and the same search presence. A much better-looking website was definitely part of the project, but fixing the structure behind it was arguably even more important. #postedsocial #webdevelopment #bestofstlouis by @posted.social

This was not a planned website project 😅 We’ve worked with Omen Athletics in a few different capacities since shortly after they opened. It started with content for socials, and eventually they came to us for help running Meta ads to drive new memberships. As we were getting everything ready to launch, we discovered one small problem: They didn’t actually have ownership access to their own domain… A freelancer in the Philippines did. 🥴 So, we spent the next few days helping their team track her down and get everything transferred stateside. We got the domain, but somehow in the process we lost the entire website. 🫠 Like, it was GONE from the internet... And this happened the day before their new ad campaign was scheduled to launch. So the team rallied. We’d already spent months working with the OA team, so we weren’t starting from zero, and within 24 hours, we had an entirely new website live. Instead of building a temporary landing page or throwing together something we’d have to replace later, we built something that felt even MORE like them than what they had before. It’s a relatively small site, but it’s fast, content-forward, optimized for mobile, built with search in mind, and most importantly, the client loves it! Now, whether someone finds Omen Athletics on socials, through an ad, on the web, or inside their SICK members app, they’re getting the same brand, the same voice, the same messaging, and the same experience.
