One of the best things in my life is SISTERHOOD.

These connections that we make change our lives.

I have sisters all around the globe and expanding virtually everyday.

Idk what I would do or who I would be without my sisters.

My blood big sister @fantasia.mcguffie and my God sister @lovejxnes, who may as well been by blood, transitioned to the heavenly realm during these past few years. That was tough for me. But my sisters, from all corners of the earth, have held me up. They have kept me in their love and hearts, for which I am eternally grateful.

Thankfully, I get to meet new sisters frequently by hosting retreats | Experiences with Empress (DM me for booking)|
I get to share the wisdom that my big sisters gave to me, to other sisters. I get to love on and help expand the lives of more women!

Energy harvesting is real. Energetic traps are real. It’s 2026 and unfortunately there are a lot of people still falling for the Okie doke.

Protect your energy. Protect your peace. Do that by training your mind. Stop giving away your energy and attention to things that you don’t want to see grow. To things that are insignificant in the realm of your evolution.

Ultimately though, find a way to stay focused. People have designed ways to GET YOU and CONSUME YOU based off what you CONSUME.

two fairies floating around the jungle
ended up at a waterfall
splished and splashed and played

thank you my dear friend @potoflove for guiding me on this easy hike to a beautiful and power filled waterfall. we trekked past beautiful flowers, through a softly flowing river, and brought offerings and prayers with us. we meditated a bit on our ancestors and womb space, with some affirmations led by the lovely @Potoflove. we both took time to connect with our ancestors for a bit with a candle. it was a beautiful way to enjoy the water, the sunlight, the squish under my feet, the sisterhood, the joy.

You don’t have to concern yourself with becoming irresistible to everybody, to magnetize. Concern yourself with becoming deeply connected to yourself.

Your attention is energy. Your time is energy. Your emotional availability is energy. And every time you constantly explain yourself, chase validation, consume information you don’t need, revisit situations you’ve already outgrown, or ignore what your body is telling you… you’re giving pieces of that energy away.

So here’s your little magnetic-girl audit:

🌿 What has been taking up too much space in my mind?
🌿 Where am I abandoning myself to keep someone else comfortable?
🌿 What does my body keep asking for?
🌿 What do I already know but keep avoiding?
🌿 What makes me feel genuinely alive?

You don’t have to become somebody else to become magnetic.

You might just need to stop abandoning the woman you already are. 🧲👑

Happiest Solar Return to Me & all my birthday twins!!!! 🩷💚💜💫✨🦋💐 Every year, day, moment we get to live some more is such a gift!

I woke up in Costa Rica surrounded by beautiful people with a five star breakfast, made with love. How favored am I??

This “age” I am now feels so secure. So ready. So knowing. I have let go of a lot of my childish ways, while maintaining my youth. I know who I am. I no longer crave validation. I no longer have the need to prove myself or over explain my point of view or reasonings any longer.

I accept me fully, as I move toward greatness. I love me regardless of who agrees with me, supports me, or any of the sort.

I am so grateful for my support group. My friends and family that are great mirrors of what LOVE is. Extensions of God that are honest with me, that show up for me, that love me!

I wouldn’t have made it this far without those that love me. I wouldn’t have this knowing if I didn’t have people around me to show me my blind spots. I’m so grateful for those that show up in my life, physically and virtually! Know I don’t take your love and kindness towards me for granted.

You all inspire me to love more, to give more, to BE more & im eternally thankful for that🩵💕✨💫🥳

So much more life to live & I’m going to live each moment with ever expanding love 💓🎁💙🤍💐🩷💞🫶🏾
