🤩 Showcasing our art and sharing our voice isn't as easy as it looks. It takes a lot to vulnerably share who you are, what you think, and how you express with others. But...it helps us to build so much more confidence and face a huge fear almost all of us have. The fear of sharing who we are with the world.

At this festival you will see musicians who have made music all their lives, alongside new musicians that have just began feeling ready to share.

I give thanks to platforms like FREQ FEST that give us a chance to share our voice without judgment. To have our frequency loved, felt, and held in a community and environment where who you naturally are is accepted and encouraged.

Shoutout to all the beautiful people who have shared a piece of themselves with us. I've heard and seen some of the best performers ever because of it.

🙏🏽 Tag someone you think would love to perform at FREQ FEST in Costa Rica 🇨🇷

two fairies floating around the jungle
ended up at a waterfall
splished and splashed and played

thank you my dear friend @potoflove for guiding me on this easy hike to a beautiful and power filled waterfall. we trekked past beautiful flowers, through a softly flowing river, and brought offerings and prayers with us. we meditated a bit on our ancestors and womb space, with some affirmations led by the lovely @Potoflove. we both took time to connect with our ancestors for a bit with a candle. it was a beautiful way to enjoy the water, the sunlight, the squish under my feet, the sisterhood, the joy.

have you ever brought an offering to a waterfall??
pass on the bliss 🧚🏽🧜🏼‍♀️

So many people dream about a different life while continuing to repeat the same patterns that keep them exactly where they are. And I get it. Life happens. Disappointment happens. Heartbreak happens. Rejection, grief, failure, and unexpected detours can make us question whether our dreams are even possible. Sometimes we become so focused on protecting ourselves from being hurt again that we stop allowing ourselves to be excited, curious, and courageous. But the life you desire isn’t built by waiting for the perfect moment. It’s built by making small, aligned choices that move you closer to the person you want to become.

Three things that can dramatically enhance the quality of your life: First, spend less time consuming and more time creating. Create memories, relationships, skills, art, experiences, opportunities. Second, put yourself in environments that expand your vision instead of confirming your limitations. New places, new people, and new perspectives can change everything. Third, keep promises to yourself, even the small ones. Self-trust is one of the greatest forms of wealth. Your dream life isn’t hiding from you, babe. It’s waiting for you to meet it halfway. 🌿☀️🦋✨

What’s one change you’ve been wanting to make but keep putting off? 👇🏾💛

So deeply grateful for the way social media keeps aligning me with my soul family. 🤍 It’s beautiful how strangers online can turn into real life connections, sacred conversations, support systems, & sistars✨🥹🥹

I’ve met so many incredible women through this space who uplift, inspire, encourage, and challenge each other to grow. Women who celebrate one another’s wins, hold space through healing and transformation, and lead with authenticity instead of competition.

The more I show up as my true self, the more I attract intentional, loving, expansive women who are devoted to becoming the highest version of themselves. It’s such a reminder that the internet can be so much more than surface level. it can be a portal for genuine connection, community, and soul aligned friendships.🪞

This season of my life is teaching me that sisterhood is medicine. Community is medicine. And sometimes God will use social media to bring the exact people into your life that your spirit has been praying for. 🥹🤲🏽🌺🥭❤️💛💚
