Final Stage of the extravaganza was two days in Venice to decompress. We set off the Murano and Burano which are two islands off Venice. Just so happens we arrived for the 10th annual glass blowing exhibit. @sherrikline celebrated her birthday at the same time we celebrated 30 years of friendship and being teammates. @leslehandersonwright and Michelle Kerr it was a lovely final chapter to the extravaganza 🧡☀️🧡. This was a gift by @powerof3ppp

Today on July 4, 2026 I am honoring my family who suffered a horrific loss 50 years ago losing my mother Anna Sylvia Cunningham, my grandfather Captain William Cunningham and my father William Maxwell Cunningham to a murder suicide. My father suffered from mental illness, my grandfather tried to save him and my mother organically removed me from the scene so I could be with my grandmother on that day not knowing what her fate would end up being. To say the least it’s been a 50 year journey for all who are still alive and remembers that day. I would like to share with ALL my family a big thank you for loving me and keeping me on the path of moving forward. In this moment right now I am embracing the love and loss of my family but mostly finding the strength to discuss the memories with those who are still with me. Moving forward with healing, my husband and I started a non profit youth scholarship foundation in honor of my mother Anna Sylvia. She saved me that day and later in life I found sport which continues to save me each day. El Sol De Sylvia Foundation is driven by a fantastic team to support youths who stem from challenges in life and how this foundation can remove the obstacle to provide the opportunity. Much work is ahead for us but I am full of gratitude for this group. My goal is to help start the conversation and not have everything stay bottled up. To teach youths, parents and coaches to use their words. It may sound simple but it is not. I have been on this 50 year journey finding that path. When you find the courage to use your words you embrace a strength within to share your story with others and you realize that you are not alone. Be Brave. Stay Strong. by @powerof3ppp
