I watched Main Vaapas Aaunga and just like Diljit's character, I am also a third generation of the people who suffered partition. In this picture @imtiazaliofficial sir with my grandmother who is 96 at this point and whenever I saw @naseeruddin49 sir on screen he reminded me of her. Dear @imtiazaliofficial sir what you have created has started a healing process in me which I never knew I needed. Thank you for this film. Grateful !!!! by @pranavbrara

A seemingly calm pond can contain unsettling currents much like the emotional struggles and turmoil in family dynamics

Investing in a film and putting it out there in the market is akin to investing in a startup with a quick turnaround and exit strategy.

Jigra is an extremely well crafted film by @vasan Bala . It not only boasts of stellar performances by cast but it has the most amazing background score, outstanding cinematography and choreographed sequences. The action sequences are logical and mind-blowing. It is not over the top and unreal. It is raw, real and hardcore. The sequences in the prison are brilliant. The world created by @mukundgupta and Vasan especially the prison and the market of Hanshi Dao does transport you to a familiar oriental eastern world. I had the privilege to work with one of the finest Directors of our times. by @pranavbrara
