POSTS STORIES REELS

My reintroduction post has just been sitting pretty in my folders…

I did this design since Monday.
Finalized it Tuesday morning with my husband.

Then yesterday… I posted just the introduction page (the title page).
And I was just in awe.

Because How… what a privilege 😭.

How God has called me to greater things.

How God has been dealing with me…
Like, “stop thinking you’re a small girl.”

And it’s not even pride.
It’s just… God is showing me:

“Precious, you are not small. You are a giant.”

And I’m honestly still taking it all in.

I remember vividly in 2023, during a prayer season in church.
That period where I had lost my job.

And I remember when my pastor called me and told me to reach out to God and ask Him:

“How have you missed the point?”

So I spoke to God.

And God told me something that I will never forget.

He said:

“Precious, you have gone through a lot… especially trying to find your feet after school.”

Then He said:

“The devil thrives in confusion.”
He thrives when you don’t know your next step.
He thrives when your mind has no direction.
He thrives in unclarity.

And then God told me:

“You need to shine my light on this mountain.”

And that’s when it became clear.

So I’m here today… reintroducing myself properly.

✨ Hi. I’m Precious.
And I’m a Clarity & Positioning Guide.
(D’Youth Counselor.)

I’ve been trained, and I’m still going through training…
But one thing I’m sure of:

God’s hand is on me.

And if we talk about the things you’re going through…
Trust me.

You will get direction.
You will get clarity.
Because God has sent me to you.

Just as He helped me, He told me to share it and help others too.

So please…
Send me a DM: @p30collectives
And let’s talk.

Thank you. 🤍 by @precious_ikade

This is a burden God has put in my heart and if you are in your 20’s..

You have no idea what you would miss if you don’t attend with full expectations for answered prayers - clarity, alignment and prophetic wisdom and direction.
—
I’m turning 30 in a couple of days, - 8 days to be precise and as I’ve been reflecting on my twenties, I’ve been thinking about how much of this decade has been about becoming. Making decisions without having all the answers, making mistakes, discovering yourself, finding direction, and learning how to intentionally build your life.

So before I leave my twenties, I’m hosting The Alignment Prayer, a prayer meeting for everyone navigating their twenties.

It’s a space to bring the real decisions we’re making at this stage of life before God, career, identity, relationships, money, purpose, business, family, direction and major life transitions.

We’ll pray together, seek God for alignment and clarity, make room for prophetic direction, and celebrate this season of becoming.

Program Management ~ Program Directing 🫣 the video is the caption 😌📍 by @precious_ikade

Last Saturday, we welcomed 15 remarkable young women into the first cohort of the Ezinwanne Foundation Closed Mentorship Programme.

It was a day of connection, clarity, learning and setting the foundation for an intentional three-month journey of growth and transformation.

Here’s a little recap of where the journey began. 🎥
The best is yet to come.

Empower. Evolve. Excel.

Two years ago, I was fighting to keep a client.

Today, I stood in front of another client with a team I once prayed for.

And somewhere between those two moments, I realized…

God wasn’t just building my career. He was building me into a leader.

When I joined my company about two years ago, the tech team was still very young.

I was one of the first full-time people on the team, while a lot of our engineers were contract staff.

And then came one of those clients that will make you question every career decision you’ve ever made. 😂

It was hard.

Really hard.

But I stayed.

I stayed long enough to see the team evolve.
I stayed long enough to see our systems become stronger.
I stayed long enough to forget which client number this even is because, honestly, God has been too good and we’ve grown too much.

And as I sat there presenting, I couldn’t help but think:

“Wow. Look what God has done.”

I started out as a Product Lead trying to figure things out.

Today, I’m a Program Lead, leading across technology and marketing, and growing into the kind of program leadership I once only imagined.

I don’t know exactly what the future holds for me in program management, program directing, and impact.

But I know this:

I want to keep building.

People.
Products.
Programs.
Systems.
Impact.

But most of all, I’m grateful to God.❤️ by @precious_ikade

We’re excited to welcome our final judge, Precious Ikade @precious_ikade , an Applied AI Impact and Sustainability Leader, to the judging panel for the Launchpad Africa Cohort 2 Final Demo Day.

This cohort has been encouraged to do more than come up with ideas.
They've had to build them. Test them. Gather feedback. Iterate. And validate whether the problem they're solving actually matters.
On August 29, that journey comes to the stage.

Precious will join our judging panel to evaluate the solutions, challenge the thinking behind them and provide valuable feedback to our builders.
We can't wait. Read more about Precious: https://lnkd.in/eZKFiycZ

As part of a great gesture, Precious Ikade will be coming with her latest book, The Outcome Advantage: How to Build AI Products That Win, as part of the awards for Best Demonstration of Innovation and Best Demo & Storytelling.

Executives and strategy meeting focused on one thing: how we can serve our community better, support our girls more intentionally, and contribute to building a more sustainable world.

It’s the beginning of something remarkable. We’re just getting started.

More updates coming soon.

I remember when building a software product was hard.

Not “I have an idea, let me build it before dinner” hard.

Actually hard.

You needed developers. Time. Money. Technical knowledge. Teams. Months of back and forth just to bring an idea to life.

Now?

You can literally wake up with an idea and have a working product in a few minutes.

And that’s where the real problem begins.

Because if everybody can build…

What will make people choose yours?

Because technical advantage is no longer enough.

Being able to build is no longer the flex.

Building something people actually want, choose and pay for is.

Having built 20+ products across 6 industries and counting, I’ve seen product building from different sides. I’ve seen what happens when teams focus so much on the technical and functionality side of what they are building that they forget to think deeply about why anyone should choose it.

And as an expert product builder, I have put together something for you.

A practical manual built around 5 actionable pillars with evidence based case studies from MIT, Harvard and BCG, that will help you move beyond technical advantage and build an Outcome Advantage.

The kind of advantage that helps your product stand out.

The kind that gives people a reason to choose you.

The kind that makes building easier to translate into selling.

So if you’ve been thinking about vibe coding…

If you’ve been thinking about using AI to finally build that product idea…

Don’t start by building the wrong thing beautifully.

Start with the right foundation.

Something is coming this August. 👀

And no, you don’t need ₦20,000.

You don’t even need ₦10,000.

It’s going to be less than ₦3,000.

Because if you’re going to build, you might as well build something people will actually want. by @precious_ikade

Motherhood has a way of stretching you.

You are nurturing children, managing a home, showing up for people, building a career, running a business, chasing dreams, and somewhere in all of that, trying not to lose yourself.

I know that feeling.

As a mother, I know the weight of wanting to give more, do more, become more, while wondering where the time, energy, and capacity will come from.

That’s why I’m so excited to be speaking at @mothering.honestly upcoming workshop for mothers.

We’re having a practical conversation about AI, not the complicated tech talk everyone keeps throwing around, but the real-life ways mothers can use AI to save time, grow a business, support a career, manage a side hustle, and create more room for the things that matter most.

Because motherhood should not be the end of your growth story.

And the beautiful thing? You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Join me on June 20th. Come with your questions, your challenges, your curiosity, and let’s work through them together.
