1 Peter 1:7
Sold & Closed! ✨
Congratulations to my amazing client on the purchase of your new home. 🏡

She’s already started creating memories with family. Beginning in the pre-drywall phase, where scriptures were written on the framing. Thank you, @alexsellsnewhomes , for coordinating that for us and sending pictures of the home’s progress.

On top of that, she received 10K+ in seller credit, plus a great appliance package including a washer, dryer, and blinds!

Thank you, for trusting me to guide
you through this journey. You were prepared when the opportunity presented itself, and that’s something to be truly proud of. Congratulations again! 💖

If you’re ready to start your own home-buying journey, I’m happy to assist you.

The Median Listing Price gives you a good idea of the current market conditions by letting you know the price at the exact middle.

Think you need 20% down to buy a home? Not even close. 📉 FHA, VA, and even conventional loans often allow as little as 3–5% down. Let’s bust that myth!

Get in touch with us and we will go over all of your options - a home is closer than you think!
