🚨 Ditch SMART Goals. Go STUPID Instead.

SMART goals are safe. Predictable. Measurable.
And that’s exactly the problem.

They keep you playing small—when your business needs bold moves, not checkbox tasks.

🔥 Enter the STUPID Goal Formula, designed for high-performing agents ready to scale:
S – Strategic: Aligned with long-term vision, not short-term comfort
T – Transformational: Big enough to actually change your life
U – Unrealistic: Because safe goals rarely lead to breakthroughs
P – Purpose-driven: Anchored in why you’re doing this in the first place
I – Innovative: Forces you to think beyond business as usual
D – Dynamic: Flexible and alive—ready to grow with you

✅ SMART goals focus on what’s achievable.
💥 STUPID goals focus on what’s possible.

If your growth feels flat…
If you’re hitting goals but still feel stuck…
It’s not your work ethic. It’s your target.

Get STUPID. Aim higher. Build smarter.
