For all my 🏀 players

Listen up, knee health is important a weak quad can put the patellar band in jeopardy and the constant directional changes in real-time game situations can take a toll

Contact me, burn up my DMs and lets gain motion by @precipiceperformance

I was told that I'm turning into a workaholic.....
Let's talk about this term workaholic
I have a 9-5, then a 6-9(The Show don't stop)
I came from a hard loving and hard working family, we didn't have much but I got what was necessary....
Never saw much of my parents bc they had to work so we could survive, my grands did the kid watching...

I work hard, but I hate to work. A mentor told me "if you love what you do then you'll never work a day in your life!"

I love what I do, I love the people I work with from 19-105 years old
I hate to work...but I also have dreams and wishes don't shake trees!

Back to the hustle back to the people
But a workaholic......never! by @precipiceperformance

SC:
"Christopher, I'm trying to get my steps in before breakfast but theres a chill in the air"

Me:
"We can do 1 of 2 things....walking pool laps, or Recumbent trainer. However, we will reach goals PRs and mountain tops"

I'm so serious about My Seasoned Citzens steps, but since the temp "dropped"❄️🤷🏾‍♂️ I will compromise

The gym is packed with energy🔋

Loads of things to do but, yes I popped in on a Saturday!!!!

Let's hit these 3 W "Dubs"

👋🏾Who? These athletes are young, hungry, and eager to expand their play on the court and off

🫰🏾What? With proper guidance and tools, I'm able to help him out and teach them what exactly it takes to stay healthy and maintain.

🤷🏾‍♂️Why? Simple, because it feels good to feel good. You can't play well without eating well.Just like you can't get in shape for basketball playing basketball🏀
