Again another carefully constructed design on the floor with having to work out the type of style both the owner and designer were after, we had 3 types of marble to work with, TAJ MAHAL, RENAISSANCE and BOTTICINO we mixed and matched some on the floor, laid it and came back the next day to make some minor adjustments
with either filling some spaces or changing 1 or 2 pieces to maintain and in consistent crazy look!
We finally made the decision on the grout colour, tossing up between the Ardex WJ50 sandy beige or the light grey, Sandy Beige for the win and I’m so happy we went with it!

187m2 of tiling.
Consisting of @ardexaustralia A48 engineered screed, it provides three major benefits: rapid setting (walkable in 4 hours), dimensional stability (tension and shrinkage-free), and versatility.
The main objective is to replace the original tactile system with now the updated tactiles now in a tile format to eliminate any future maintenance.
@mapeiaustralia Keraquick Maxi S1 is used allowing us to achieve foot traffic in 2 hours allowing us to apply @laticreteaustralia Spectralock in 2 hours we are grouting! Laticrete’s Spectralock has 3 major benefits including stainproof, highly durable and crack resistant plus many more. All this Completed in 2 shifts with 15 amazing, committed, efficient and hardworking group! featuring Jeffry.
