NO SHOTS FIRED! I’ve even done these drills in the past, but the reality is they’re damaging QB’s across the country. I see it everywhere and there’s nothing I have to correct more than a young QB with a deliberate motion that has pauses or awkward pacing. Most of the positions I see paused in ARE ideal, but not if the QB lacks fluidity while getting to each of them. Even a long throwing motion that is smooth is DRASTICALLY better than a tighter motion that is rigid. Use these drills as much better alternatives to pausing in each part of the throwing motion. #qbfundamentals #qb #d1 #qbmechanics #qbtraining by @precisionfba

Whats the difference between RPO and Play-Action? Play-Action is designed to look like a run, but still prioritizes pass protection. In an RPO the QB makes the decision to give the run or pull to throw after the ball AND the OL is blocking a called run play.
