Dad. Coach. Athlete. Business owner. The one thing I never have enough of is time ⏱️

Not anymore.

@prepking Ready-To-Eat Chicken has been a proper game changer for me 👑🍗

✅ 100% fresh A-grade chicken breast
✅ Zero seed oils, no dextrose, no artificial preservatives
✅ 12-day fridge life, vacuum sealed in 500g or 1kg bags
✅ Jerk, Fajita, Cajun, BBQ and Peri Peri, and plain

Twelve minutes of us talking about food 🤤

Chris and I run through some of the @prepkinguk meals currently stocked here at MuscleFactory including the ones we always go back to and what we genuinely think of them so watch this if you've been on the fence!

We also talk about their bags of freshly prepped chicken, ideal when you want the protein sorted but would rather add your own carbs and sides 👌🏾

Chef prepared, high protein and macro-friendly food for when you want to eat properly without having to prep it all yourself 🙌🏾

Meals available from MuscleFactory reception:

👑 £7 per meal
👑 10 meals for £65
👑 Prepped chicken £15/kg

Which one would be your pick? 👀
