An amazing guy with an even more impressive story behind the business.

From starting small to building one of the exciting growing names in the meal prep industry, the speed at which Prep King is expanding and getting into gyms is seriously impressive! 📈

Hearing Josh’s journey, the challenges he’s faced and how he’s managed to grow the business so quickly was genuinely inspiring.

I remember being backstage at the Derby @2brospro_events regional back in September with the boys, asking them (and probably doing their heads in) if I was on, or if I looked flat??? 🙈🙈🙈🙈

Yeah I think i was on 😆🎯

Arms, chest, delts all the fun stuff 😉 @optimise_gym 🤝

The biggest thing that I've learnt this year when it comes to training and making progress/ adding muscle tissue is the importance of accuracy and intent during my working sets 🎯

The more accurate you can be during your sets, as long as the intensity and load is there, the less work/volume you will need to stimulate the muscle into progression

You will also find that the more accurate you can be, the less tendon/joint issues you will get, and the faster you grow

Long gone are the days of sore elbows and knees 🙈😂

Call it what you want, but ultimately, getting better at training will yield better results than simply doing 'more'

So I’ve officially moved on from training to be skinny to training to be strong with a phat arse 💪🏻🧡 right now my measurements are looking pretty damn good. Let’s carry on that way @natasha_fitnessuk @_marvelgym I have no gym on Friday but tomorrow instead, so please remind me I need to stock up on my @prepkinguk meals. I definitely enjoy dressing up for the gym 😂 it’s like a activity 🤣

17 WEEKS OF DIETING… AND MEAL FLEXIBILITY IS BACK! 💪

After 17 weeks of strict competition prep, the offseason is officially underway, and that means a little more flexibility with my food choices!

For the past 17 weeks, I’ve been teasing myself daily, serving up these incredible PrepKing meals to our customers while sticking religiously to my own meal plan. 😂

But NOT ANYMORE!

Today’s choice… PrepKing Hunters Chicken! 🤤🔥

Now the offseason is here, I’m straight back in that freezer enjoying the meals I’ve spent the last 4 months looking at!

So, a huge apology in advance to our customers if your favourite meal is suddenly out of stock… there’s a good chance I’ve eaten it! 😂

All jokes aside, the goal hasn’t changed. We’re still fuelling performance, recovery and muscle growth. There’s just a little more variety on the menu!

💙 PrepKing meals available at Elite Physiques!

🍽️ £7 per meal | 10 meals for £65

📍 20 Pinbush Road, Lowestoft

Just make sure you get yours before I do! 😂💪

NEW STARTING POINT: THE ROAD TO PRO 📈

Day 1 of the off season/rebound/health phase - sounds contradicting but I like it 😉

Will be documenting the journey like an open book for you all to see how we like to do things 🫡

99.7kg this morning

The goal for the next 12 months is simple: become one of the best, most complete amateur bodybuilders in Europe

Timeline has been mapped out, and training has been programmed accordingly to make sure complete balance is achieved and 'weak body parts' no longer exist @kuba_sylvester_cielen

I will be doing blocks of training from now in Dubai at Kuba's new training facility @kilo_culture_dxb so he can be even more hands on with me and make sure we leave no stone unturned

At the end of every phase I like to look back and assess what I did right/wrong, and what I can do to be better for next time. This time last year I know I kept my output slightly too high post show with a hyper focus on 'staying lean' (which is important somewhat) but the focus should ALWAYS be on training performance and recovery... 'staying lean' will happen organically as a result of doing the work and should never be a primary focus. I wont be making the same mistake this time...

Peps that I will be utilising for the most-part:
Mots c
Ss31
KLOW blend

(And plenty of gh)

TD food
320g protein
690g carb
65g fat
(4625kcals)

10k steps daily (minimum 4k every morning before m1 non negotiable)

Feel free to DM me any questions you may have along the way 🤝

Lets the gains begin 😈📈💯
