Happy Homecoming to my @uapb family!!!
As I reflect on how Dear Mother shaped my life. I thank God I'm able to sow into students the life lessons the Yard taught me!!!

Four Years Locked-In 💍

Not quite newlyweds anymore, but still a lot more learning and growing to do.

- Still growing in love
- Still learning each other
- Still growing as individuals
- Still learning to combat the trials of life
- Still growing as parents
- Still learning how to keep the 🔥 going

And indeed doing this with you, Tre, is the best part. ❤️

I love you and cherish you. You are there for me when I'm lost, and you are my biggest cheerleader when I succeed.
God placed you in my life at the right moment and I thank Him for that every day!

Your beauty is sublime, your intelligence extraordinaire, and your kindness warms the hearts of so many!
You are a superb mother to our two year old daughter. Watching her watch you and emulate you brings me so much joy. I hope she grows up to be just like you (minus the driving part😁).
Your remarkable leadership in the education and entrepreneurial realm is top-tier. The world is starting to notice what I've seen since 2018.

I thank you for trusting me to be your person. For allowing me to lead, even through uncomfortable seasons.

As we continue to grow and learn each other every day. I pray God continues to show us the path to our relationship success, and gives us the strength to keep going even when we don't like each other. I pray our verbal and nonverbal communication with each other aligns in His light. And lastly I pray that we never stop being goofy and having fun!!!

Thank you @lego for the Unicorn Dream Café pop up today in Indy.
GiGi truly enjoyed it and has not stopped playing with her toy since she got home.

This was truly an amazing opportunity and you now have another 2 year old ready to use her imagination to create with Legos!!!

I've struggled finding the words to say. I really can't believe it's been a year last Thursday.
I'm okay and not okay all at the same time. I really have lived in organized chaos in my mind for the last year. Not knowing what to do. You were my peace. The one I talked to almost every day. The one who calmed me when people got out of line. You gave me the right message at the right time to see that it wasn't that big of a deal or you gave me the language to speak so that I could handle it 'the right way'. You were the QUEEN of corporate letters.

I'm not as nice as you. I've just been saying what I feel when people do me wrong and instead of them suffering, I'm the one being told to protect my image.
(Hear me when I say this. I'm grateful for my village that protects me don't confuse this message. Continue doing so please.)
Mom, I'm just tired.
Talking to you now is so one sided and I hate it.

I truly hope you're finally getting the rest you deserve.

I honestly struggled to make this. It’s been a roller coaster of emotions today.

My bookworm. My little bossy chef. My performer. My investigator. My pretty girl. And now my little goldfish.

I can’t believe how much you’ve grown over the past 12 months, and how much those months have grown us up a bit too.

You were exactly what we needed in navigating a really heavy, overwhelming year.

The laughs. The snuggles. The “I Love Yous.” All of it—even the tears.

Your constant wonder reminded me there’s always something more to discover in a new day.

Your growing pains taught me to stay grounded and dive into a deeper empathetic patience for the process.

You’ve made me more tender while embracing being bold through your example.

I’ve gotten to see so many fall in love with you more than a picture could ever do justice.

And you’ve allowed me to witness a new level of strength in your father @prettyboytre_19 who leads us.

It’s only been two years, but the lessons and the fond memories will truly last a lifetime even if we have to re-tell them to you later.

It's so hard to believe I have a 2 year old. Gianna Lynn Horne, I have loved to see your growth over this last year.
From the way you command a room to the way you bring joy to each stranger you see.

Thank you for being a light to all you come in contact with.
It is my job to protect your strength and innocence and I thank God for allowing me to have this challenge.
I also would not want to do this raising you thing with anyone other than @brittanygrams so thank you for being an amazing mother to our daughter and teaching her how to be a young lady!
