Mornings in my livingroom are perfect for prayer, study, reflection and a great way to start my day. Lately I've been making it a priority to get down here and watch the sun come up while sipping my coffee.

I'm learning that just because I haven't seen the harvest doesn't mean the seeds I planted aren't growing. 🌱

This season is teaching me to trust God's timing, steward what's in my hands, and stay connected to women who encourage, challenge, and inspire me to keep going.

Growth takes faith, consistency, and community. And we weren't meant to do it alone! 💕

I'm excited to be speaking at Business Women Brunchin's Harvesting Success on October 24th in Rancho Cucamonga!

If you're a woman in business who's ready to grow, connect, collaborate, and be encouraged, I'd love to see you there!

✨ Use code NICCI10 for $10 off your ticket!

Keep planting. Keep watering. Keep believing. Your harvest is worth the wait. 🌱

Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD. 😉

You can sell a house without staging it. Absolutely!

But here's the thing… presentation changes perception.

And in real estate, perception influences how buyers connect with a property.

Home staging isn't just about making a house look pretty. It's about creating an experience that helps buyers envision the lifestyle a home offers.

Whether it's a starter home or a multimillion-dollar luxury property, how you present it matters.

Because the goal isn't just to get it SOLD. It's to position it to sell at its best.

✨ Staging is strategy, not just décor.

A little dancing, a little pillow fluffing, and a whole lot of staging magic! 💃🏽🏡✨

This is what happens when strategy meets style!

Nic the Stylist a lead stager @Exceptional Dwellings, always transforms vacant home and empty spaces into inviting, beautifully styled rooms that help buyers envision themselves at home.

From furniture placement to the finishing touches, every detail is intentional.

Because we're not just filling rooms… we're creating spaces buyers can connect with!

🏡 REALTORS: Have a vacant listing coming to market? Don't sell naked! Let's get it staged.

🌻 BE FAITHFUL LIKE YA DADDY!

God has been faithful to us, and He's calling us to be faithful with what He's placed in our hands.

Not just when it's convenient. Not just when we see results. Not just when everything is going according to plan.

But even in the waiting, the stretching, and the seasons when the assignment looks different than we expected.

You don't have to do everything. But you do need to be faithful with what God has entrusted to you.

Steward it well, sis! And watch it grow. 🌱

A vacant room gives buyers square footage. A thoughtfully staged room gives them a vision.

At Exceptional Dwellings, every furniture placement, conversation area and finishing detail has a purpose: helping buyers understand the home and connect with it.

Have a listing coming to market? Let's talk staging. 🏡

I’m looking for my tribe. 👀

And I’ve learned something: sometimes you have to actually go looking for them.

Women who love God. Women who are growing. Women who will encourage you AND challenge you. Women who will pray with you, collaborate with you, sharpen you and allow you to sharpen them.

Recently, I realized I needed more of that kind of community in this season, so instead of waiting for it to find me, I went looking.

And I’m finding it.

We weren’t created to walk out our assignments isolated.

So if you’ve been praying for community, here's my encouragement:

Get out there. Join the group. Attend the Bible study. Go to the event. Introduce yourself. Start the conversation.

Your people may not know you’re looking for them yet. 😂

Go find your people.

Another staging is officially on the calendar. 🏡✨

There’s a lot that happens before a listing hits the market and we love being part of the process that helps bring it all together.

From planning to installation to those final styling details, our goal is simple: create a home that’s ready to make a strong first impression when buyers walk through the door.

October is moving! 🍂

Realtors & investors, have a property coming to market? Let’s get your staging date on the calendar.
