You do NOT need to starve yourself to lose weight.

stop chasing quick fixes and start trusting the process.
Fat loss isn’t about being perfect for 2 weeks.
It’s about repeating the small things long enough for them to change your body, mindset & lifestyle.

Tools that helped lose 14kg:
▫️Creating a routine he could stick to
▫️Increasing movement gradually
▫️Fixing emotional/snack eating habits
▫️Learning portion control
▫️Staying accountable weekly
▫️Eating more protein & fiber
▫️Improving sleep and recovery
▫️Consistency over perfection

14kg down and a completely different lifestyle built in the process.
Your results come from the things you repeat on a daily basis. ✨

Very proud of this progress! 👏🏼

A little insight of my mind 💭

Your body isn’t working against you — it’s working in phases. ✨

From the menstrual phase to ovulation and beyond, each stage of your cycle affects your energy, mood, performance, and recovery.

Some Females have a harder time with it than others. If needed adjust training etc for those days and focus on what you can, Your not weak. Just taking care of your body

Learning to work with your cycle instead of against it can change everything — in training, nutrition, and daily life. 🤍

Some epic progress from Anniek here. 🤝🏽

- Something im very proud of, this is such an example for girls who think “i never can” or “i don’t know where to start”. But really, just start. Because YOU CAN!

Anniek has been putting in the work the past 6 months as you can see. Day in day out.

ticking all the boxes off , Training, nutrition, cardio. this is not motivation, this is discipline. Only eyes on the goal. 💅🏼

Currently focusing on her posing. and that also, is improving very well

Much more to come for her, wich im very excited for!
